Jeannie and Kelly were absolutely amazing to work with. They were genuine, professional and they were true consultants steering us all the way through the purchase process. The team of two work together to draw on each other’s individual strengths. They are well connected and gave us an edge through a multiple offer situation. I was referred to Kelly by a good friend and it was immediately obvious why she came with such high recommendations. Kelly's passion of her field transcends in the hard work she puts in to make sure our home buying experience is both enjoyable and informative. She offers her professional opinion whether positive or negative to make sure you, as her client, will make informed decisions. This stressful process of purchasing a home (for the first time!) was doable because of her. Kelly & Jeannie are phenomenal real estate professionals. My family has been so fortunate to work with them. They are both so wonderful to work with and truly care about their clients best interests.

In 2017 I purchased my first home with them and they were able to flawlessly execute everything even when I was out of the country during the closing process. Fast forward to 2022 and they orchestrated a simultaneous buy and sell for our growing family. We were able to move straight from our current home to our new one without a hitch. They were constantly thinking of next steps and kept us well informed and comfortable throughout the process.

Jeannie and Kelly Gleeson are as good as it gets! I first knew Kelly through my employer when we were both starting at the company. She quickly pivoted to the real estate industry, which she is truly meant for. My husband and I worked with her and her mom Jeannie when we were looking for our first home 10 years ago. We were chosen for the first home we wrote an offer on and lived there happily for 10 years. Fast forward to 2022- our family was ready to take the leap and find our forever home. Naturally, the first call we made was to the Gleeson team. They did not rush us into the process at all and listened to all of our wants/needs for selling our home to be able to buy the perfect new home. They work with great trustworthy vendors who all collaborate seamlessly to make sure your home is ready for market and you get the best possible price for your home. Escrows are certainly a roller coaster with lots of ups and downs. Jeannie and Kelly are there communicating with you daily, reassuring you, and refocusing you on your goals and the ultimate outcome. We recently worked with Kelly on the purchase of our first home, and I cannot recommend her highly enough. We really didn't know where to start, but from day one, she took care of literally everything and made a very overwhelming process totally manageable. She put us in touch with the best mortgage brokers, inspectors, vendors, etc. - all of whom helped in making the process as smooth and easy as possible. She really took the time to explain every step to us and always made sure we were feeling comfortable and supported. Her expertise and honest advice were truly invaluable. I know she had other clients, but she really made us feel like we were always her top priority! I really can't express just how grateful I am to both her and Jeannie for all of their help and support throughout this process, and I hope we get the chance to work with them again in the future.
