Business Philosophy
My husband, Richard and I work as a team. He specializes in Commercial Real Estate, while I specialize in Residential Real Estate. Together we believe in a win-win philosopy. When both sides of the transaction feel they have been treated professonally and ethically, we consider it a success.
Education and Training
I have a degree in Fashion Merchandising from FIT in New York City. Richard has a degree in Pharmacy, Idaho State. He is a certified commercial agent. I am a certified relocation agent. I was employed in an elementary school for 12 years, as an administrative assistant, in conjuction with acting as a full time real estate agent. Richard owned and operated pharmacies in Gilroy for 25 years before changing his career to real estate.
Awards And Designations
Over the past 15 years, we have consistently been top producers in the Coldwell Banker organization. These designations include Presidential Elite, Diamond Society, Silver Society and Sterling Society.
Areas of Expertise
We have lived and worked in the Morgan Hill-Gilroy areas for over 20 years. We are local experts. I enjoy working with families, falling back on my school expertise. I have bred and owned horses. I enjoy marketing and selling country properties. My husband, Richard, specializes in commercial real estate.
Community Involvement
I have sung in our church choir, worked with handicapped young adults using horse therapy, volunteered on Habitat For Humanity builds and Garlic Festival, raising money for non profit organizations. e.g. school and church. Richard is a member of Rotary and Elks- both service organizations.
Personal Background
I am originally from Long Island, New York. I came to San Mateo, California in 1979. Moved to Gilroy in 1988. Richard was born in British Columbia, Canada. He opened his first drug store in Gilroy in 1966. He began his real estate career in 1988. I am a mother of two married chlidren, with 2 grandchildren. Richard also has 2 married children and 4 grandchildren.
