About Jeannice

I moved to New Mexico, Christmas, 2007 from Northern CA. I enjoy NM very much. I love the East Mountains and hiking the trails. I admire the many different cultures that New Mexico has to offer.

I have worked in commercial real estate for over 14 years. I was a project accountant handling $5 - $30 million dollar projects; such as schools, prisons, and government related buildings in California. I was the Business Manager of ChemWest Analytical Laboratory in Sacramento, CA. The company did environmental water and soil analysis. I also worked as an accountant for the California Council, The American Institute of Architects, Sacramento, CA; a non-profit organization.

I owned a full service office complex called Sierra Complex in Sacramento, CA, renting out office space to small businesses and providing secretarial and accounting services to small businesses. I was the property manager and public relations person and handled all fiscal responsibilities. This allowed me the opportunity to acquire knowledge in a variety of business areas, but most importantly, I was able to share what I had learned and experienced with other small business owners at the Complex.

My interest in the healing arts began in the late 70’s and I am certified as a Reiki Master, Hypnotherapist, Nutritional & Diet Counselor, and Herbalist. I have also studied energy systems with many masters and continue learning new techniques in healing and helping others. During the summer months I teach people how to identify plants in the wild, how to make medicine and how to design medicine gardens.
