Jed Williams

As owner and broker of Hagan Realty, Jed has been involved in all aspects of the operations of the business. Since expanding the business to hire additional agents, a marketing director, a market analyst, and an editor, Jed has been able to focus his attention on being the Principal Broker. Fortunately for our clients, Jed loves being active and visible in the real estate market, so he still takes on clients as an agent. Like many on Hagan's staff, Jed has come to settle in Maryland, but not before living in multiple locations State-side and internationally. Jed was born in West Virginia and lived in North Carolina until he was four. He then attended school in Maryland until college when he moved to Montreal, Canada, to attend McGill University. He finished his schooling and started his first business, a computer consulting company serving commercial real estate companies, in Sydney, Australia. After three and a half years in Australia, Jed moved back to the metro area to start Hagan Realty in 2001. Jed has lived and sold homes in Maryland, Southern Pennsylvania, Northern Virginia, and Washington, DC since starting Hagan. He knows the areas and the markets they generate not only from a real estate agent's point-of-view but from that of an area native. Jed's passion for real estate is evident from a client's first meeting with him. His knowledge and calm demeanor let our clients know they will be well taken care of and eases any uncertainties they may have about these important transactions.
