Jeff Albright

Jeff Albright has been active in real estate since 1986.

In 2018-19, Jeff brokered the sale of 160 residential lots, 70 acres zoned residential and 15 single family homes. He relocated to the Montgomery ARC office in 2019 when he married. He has leased thousands of square feet of office space in Birmingham including a 32,000 SF lease to Faulkner University. Jeff worked in commercial sales and office leasing in the 80s and 90s in Atlanta, Georgia. He was responsible for leasing and sales of thousands of square feet of office space including a 60,000 SF lease.

Jeff has developed and sold over 500 residential lots and large tracts of land in Birmingham, Montgomery and lakefront developments on Smith Lake in North Alabama and Mitchell Lake.
