Jeff Arnold

Throughout the years I have had a few careers, starting in 1984 with my entry into the world of IT after graduating from college. I worked the first half of that career in the NASA/Department of Defense world and eventually made my way to the commercial side in the mid-1990s. At one point I was the Director of Systems Engineering for a large-scale Air Force project and from there made my way into project and program management.

As my parents became elderly and handicapped, I took on more of an eldercare role for them as they made their respective ways through their final years. In 2010 I decided to transition out of IT and into real estate in the Austin, Texas area.

It was in 2016 that a friend of mine and I decided to join forces to grow his business (The Staging Guy). With the growth of that business came an additional opportunity to help clients not only with the home they were selling, but also the new home they purchased. My business partner and I decided to startup a new business in 2018 to address those projects and we called it Designing Your View. We also decided it was best to bring on a full-time interior designer to handle the incoming and ongoing clients.
