Jeff Brewer

Jeff is new to Commercial and Industrial real estate, with a license issued by the State of Connecticut Department of Consumer Protection on June 6, 2018.
Prior experience includes the first 13 years working for two state legislatures (New York and Kansas) and the State of Kansas Division of Information Systems and Telecommunications. The next 35 years are in the private sector, working for Security Benefit Group of Companies as Director of Office Systems Development and Operation, then with Bell & Howell LLC in multiple locations and management positions, GBR Systems Corporation, Chester CT, as Vice President and General Manager and then President. Jeff also spent 3 years with Gunther International Ltd, Norwich CT in business and market development.
Areas of expertise and experience in the private sector include acquisitions and dispositions, business development, market research, product development and management, customer relations and service, and hands on management of all aspects of a manufacturer of capital equipment for the production mailing and print finishing industries whose products are found worldwide, sold directly and through major US, European and Asian manufacturers with OEM relationships.
