In 1973, when he was only two years old, Jeff's family moved from Mebane, North Carolina to Wilmington. His father was a General Contractor, licensed real estate broker, appraiser, and home inspector. At a very young age, Jeff started working for his family's businesses, and was soon supervising many of their construction and property development projects.
Making a house a home has always been in Jeff's blood. Partnering with Intracoastal Realty was an easy decision and the perfect addition to his extensive construction and housing background. One of Wilmington’s rare, true locals, Jeff enjoys calling this community his home. Along with his wife, Michelle, he enjoys camping, hiking, and traveling all over North Carolina’s pockets of untouched wilderness. Jeff has also served his community as Facility and Security Manager at one of the area's largest churches.
