Jeff Clark

Jeff Clark, CCIM is the president and a managing broker of Clark Commercial Realty Advisors. He works closely with private investors, investment funds, and institutional clients and advises them regarding their buy, sell or hold strategies. Additionally, he is responsible for the firm’s strategic direction, marketing and advisory services. Other duties include oversight of operations including due diligence and transaction management. Prior to founding Clark Commercial Realty Advisors, he was with national commercial brokerage and investment services firm - Grubb & Ellis, and involved with a local development firm which responsibilities included investment sales, leasing, site selection, entitlements, and project development.

Jeff is a licensed CA Real Estate Broker, Designated Member of the CCIM Institute, International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), National Assocation of Realtors (NAR), and California Association of Realtors (CAR).

Jeff attended San Jose State University and Sacramento State University and holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Bachelor of Science in Real Estate Land Affairs with additional MBA course work in Real Estate.

In his spare time, Jeff enjoys traveling, is an avid golfer, wine enthusiast, and is involved in local community organizations and charitable organizations.
