Jeff Fountain is a life-long native of north Atlanta with over 30 years’ experience in the local market. Jeff has carefully constructed a team of seasoned agents with diverse backgrounds from residential/commercial lending to real estate construction and marketing. Each member must have demonstrated a lifelong commitment to serving others and exceeding expectations.

Jeff and his Team are experts in the local real estate market and possess extensive negotiating experience. The Team utilizes the latest technologies to stay abreast of the current housing inventory and market trends to meet their client’s needs most effectively. He and his Team know that purchasing a home is one of the most important investment decisions one can make and carefully takes the time to understand each client's unique needs and to thoroughly explain the home buying and selling process.

Jeff was born and raised in the north Atlanta area and his Team specializes in the Alpharetta, Cumming, Johns Creek, Milton, Suwanee, Buford, Canton, Woodstock, and Lake Lanier markets. After obtaining his real estate license in 1985, he went on to graduate Cum Laude with a degree in finance from Georgia State University, He later became a Senior Financial Advisor with a major investment firm during the 1990s, offering investment and mortgage counseling to individuals and businesses throughout the country.

Over the past ten years, Jeff returned to his roots and has helped hundreds of clients meet their real estate goals whether it be through advising clients from to the closing table during the construction process, the acquisition or sale of their personal residence or investment properties, buying foreclosures or other distressed properties, or the purchase or sale of their dream home on Lake Lanier!
