We were so impressed with him the first time he helped us sell our home in Huntsville and purchase a home in Grant, that we asked him to help us sell again just three years later as we decided to retire and relocate out of state. Jeff helped us get our home ready for sale, even volunteering several hours of his own precious time to assist with the installation of vinyl planking. Now who does that these days! Jeff was very helpful every step of the way in helping us purchase our new home. He took most of a day to show us several houses. He gave us sound advice to our many questions. We moved from 10 hours away so couldn't be here for closing. He represented us at closing and final walkthrough. He also had closing agent, roofers, remodeling contractors, etc that he shared with us and all were great at reasonable prices! Jeff is a great guy and I would highly recommend him to anyone. Jeff had an offer just under asking on our home is one showing, 35 hours with a sign in the yard and 16 hours online! We closed on time with no issues. When I first started looking for an agent down in AL, I picked one based off of some listings that I saw. Needless to say, that did not work out at all. I then posted on a social media fishing site, and Jeff promised he would take care of me.

While maybe a bit skeptical at first, being that I didnt know him coupled with the bad experience I had before; I wasnt to sure. Let me tell you, Jeff is a GREAT realtor.

Everything that I needed or question asked was met with prompt, honest replies and the communication stayed that way throughout the entire process. Being that Jeff and I both fished and had similar boats, he knew what to look for in a house for me. I needed a place to store my boat if needed, and that was always at the top of his "must have" list for me. That level of detail is not an easy find, especially these days.

When it came to finding "the house", we both communicated about the same place on the same day before we knew we were talking about the same house. Jeff went over there within a couple hours and ensured the garage would work, and that the house was updated and kept up.

He met me down in AL, and showed me a few places, but I think we both knew which one I was most interested in. He brought his measuring tape so we could verify what we saw and what he saw previously.

I just closed a few days ago on this place, and Jeff was kind enough to take me around to ensure the utilities were in place and the court records for the county would reflect properly.

Without a doubt, Jeff is the best realtor I have ever had. I HIGHLY recommend him in every way.
