Jeff Goodman

Jeff Goodman has over 19 years of Real Estate experience including residential, commercial, REO (bank owned), trusts and probate. A native Californian having grown up in Alameda Jeff concentrates on helping buyers and sellers in the East Bay and San Francisco. His native Alameda roots provide Jeff with a unique skill set and mastery of the marketplace. His relationships run deep with both neighbors and business owners which assists in helping his clients find the right home or investment property. Jeff’s experience as a homeowner in Alameda as well as a landlord also provides him with a strong understanding of the purchase, sale and renovation process.

Prior to joining, Jeff spent over 14 years at a local boutique real estate company with a brief stint at a national company. While at the national company, Jeff was one of the top selling Agents for bank owned properties. Jeff continues to be a top Realtor throughout the Eastbay assisting both buyers and sellers with varies real estate transactions and holds the Certified Residential Specialist designation.

Jeff attended San Diego State University and City College of San Francisco. While at SDSU, Jeff majored in Business and Culinary Arts with an emphasis in Hospitality. Hospitality runs deep in the Goodman Family, having owned Goodman’s Catering in Oakland for over 40 years. His hospitality roots are evidenced in every relationship.
