As someone who has played a part in hundreds of real estate closings, I can confidently tell you that Jeff is a realist who takes a professional approach, gives sage advice, advocates for his clients' interests. Sometimes, as an attorney, one of the major stumbling blocks is realtor communication. It can be difficult for busy professionals to connect, stay in the loop, and keep each other on the same page.

Jeff made that part easy. And he opened the pool (!) for the recent sale we did together. His efforts to stage the house for showing and his advice in that regard resulted in our seller getting an extremely great cash offer, and we closed quick. Much of the credit for a quick closing goes to Jeff - he's one of the best communicators I've met in the real estate business!

I hope we work together again soon.

Working with Jeff during these tumultuous times in real estate was the best decision we could have ever made. We can't thank Jeff enough for everything he did. This market is insane and with Jeffs knowledge and help we were able to come up with unique offers and navigate the market. Jeff was honest, and a trooper, going out rain or shine to show us some houses.
