Jeff has been an active Realtor® in the Orange County area since 2004 and has worked in the real estate industry since 2002. He's been a resident of Orange County for over 25 years and has lived and worked in many areas around Orange, Riverside, and LA counties since 1983. His background includes working in the retail and service industries in middle and upper management for 12 years and in sales for nearly 30 years. He is a real estate market expert, has an exceptional track record with successful real estate closings, and maintains a high customer service satisfaction rating within his company as well as with the multiple relocation firms of which he is affiliated and accredited. As a Certified Relocation Specialist he is held to a higher standard than most other realtors, requiring ongoing training multiple times during each year to maintain those certifications. Although he is a creative person by nature, he is also a "numbers person" with an analytical mind. So, Jeff works hard to find solutions to every problem and welcomes challenges that stretch his comfort zone and make him think outside of the box. He also understands the difficulties involved with moving and relocating to a new area, coordinating job transfers, schools for the kids, etc. He personally moved 9 times in 12 years for two different jobs between 1984 and 1997 so he has a unique perspective in this area. He has a creative side, in addition to creative problem solving. Jeff is a musician who performs at local restaurants, weddings, parks, and clubs and for a variety of charities and local benefits. He has performed for the Wounded Warriors, City of Hope, and for community events to raise money for churches, veterans, animals, and children. He is also a "Real Estate Ambassador" in South Orange County for a national relocation firm and has conducted numerous tours of the Orange County area for employment transferees. This involves extensive organization and planning as he is usually the transferee’s guide to everything, from housing and schools, to shopping and entertainment.
