Jeff Hecker joined Ocean Atlantic Sotheby’s International Realty in 2017, after moving to Coastal Delaware from Philadelphia. During his time with the Ocean Atlantic Sotheby’s team, Jeff has exceeded $20 Million in Residential Real Estate sales, helping both Buyers and Sellers achieve their Real Estate dreams.

Jeff brings a wealth of knowledge and experience with him from his prior career as the Vice President of Digital Marketing, E-commerce, and Creative for The South Moon Under and as the Director of Operations and Analysis for Urban Outfitters, E-commerce Division.

With a degree in Marketing and minors in International Business and French, from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania, Jeff is uniquely positioned as a problem solver to bring Buyers and Sellers together where obstacles may otherwise seem insurmountable.

Having personally bought and sold homes, investment properties and going through the new construction process, Jeff developed a personal curiosity and interest in Residential Real Estate and helping others work through the nuances of such a personal decision.
