That is the day that he called me after I requested information about a house that I saw online earlier in the day. Out of all of the information requests I made, Jeff was the only realtor to call me the same day. Jeff grew up in Shelbyville, TN and he knows a lot about the area and its people. He knows where the best properties are located and helps his clients find them. I've always been pleased with the way that Jeff has put our needs ahead of his. The very first house that we asked Jeff to show us turned out to be one that he owned but he did not try to sell it to us. Instead, he suggested that we look at another house in addition to his because he believed it might suit our needs better. The house that he didn't own turned out to be the one that we ultimately bought but Jeff was just as friendly and helpful throughout the process as he would have been if it was his own house. Later, when we decided to buy some investment property, Jeff's expertise was invaluable. He helped us to find good properties that are easy to keep rented. He also helped us to find properties that hadn't been listed yet but whose owners he felt might be interested in selling. I'm sure that we have found better opportunities by working with a local professional like Jeff who knows the area and its people than we would have by picking one of the large brand name real estate chains out of the phone book.
