When it comes to residential real estate, Jeff proudly has been helping people find their dream homes since 1997. Jeff has lived in Victoria, TX since 1985 and is raising his family here. He often tells newcomers that Victoria offers much of the charm and neighborliness of a small town with the amenities of a larger city. That is why he is proud to help others find their perfect place in the community.

Jeff grew up in the farming and ranching community of Tivoli, about thirty miles south of Victoria, where his family still works the soil. He enjoys climbing on a tractor now and then to help the family. Jeff’s upbringing means he understands agricultural real estate in a way that only comes with dirty fingernails.

As an owner of rental properties, Jeff knows what to look for in a good piece of investment real estate. He can help buyers avoid potential problems and pitfalls and maximize the return on their investments.

As a Realtor, Jeff continues to practice the hands-on approach he has used his entire life. He has been known to mow, landscape, and clean his listings himself. He quotes his personal business philosophy from Colossians 3:23, “And whatever you do, do it heartily, as to the Lord and not to men." Jeff is married to Susan Lenhart, who also is a realtor. The couple has two children. All four are active members at Northside Baptist Church in Victoria.
