About Jeff

’ve been helping people buy and sell homes across Middle Tennessee since 2015. During that time, I’ve been involved in more than 750 home sales totaling over $268 million in real estate volume. Those numbers represent experience, but they’re not how I measure whether I’m doing my job well.

Buying or selling a home can involve a lot of questions and some pretty big decisions. I believe my job is to give you straightforward answers, explain your options, and help you make the decision that makes the most sense for you, not pressure you into making a move.

I work throughout Middle Tennessee, with a strong focus on Gallatin, Hendersonville, Sumner County, and the surrounding Nashville area. I help with everything from first-time purchases and new construction to relocation, move-up homes, downsizing, investment properties, and selling a home you’ve owned for years.

After hundreds of transactions, I’ve seen just about every kind of market and plenty of situations that don’t go exactly according to plan. That experience matters when it comes to pricing a home correctly, evaluating a property, negotiating a contract, navigating inspections and appraisals, and solving problems before they become bigger ones.

I also believe you should be able to talk to a Realtor without feeling like every conversation has to turn into a sales pitch. Sometimes you just need an experienced person to answer a question and tell you what they would do in your situation.

My husband and I have been trying to buy a home for several years now, and when we felt like things were finally in place we contacted Jeff. Jeff went above and beyond his job. He did a great job fitting things to our needs, filtering through homes, and connecting us to a lender. Every person he put us in contact with treated us better than we could have asked for. He is a real guy and wants his clients taken care of. Jeff is always honest, great at responding and sending homes that we might have missed otherwise. Buying a house is stressful and frustrating as is, and having an annoying hassling relator doesn't make the process any easier. But I can honestly say, working with Jeff was great!
