Jeff Luna

Jeff spent 14 months in the mortgage side of the industry from 2007 to 2008 during the burst of the mortgage bubble and the company he was with closed the doors. At that point, he took his mortgage experience and moved into new home sales. After seven years of success with new home builders, Jeff decided it was time to move on to be a realtor where he could help more buyers and for the first time and be able to help sellers.

He studied at Champion School of Real Estate. His first career was in commercial construction where he was a superintendent and oversaw major renovations. This allowed him the opportunity to work with a variety of people and develop skills at problem solving and multitasking in a way Jeff never thought was possible.

Jeff's personal interests include, BMX racing, road bike racing, mountain biking, wake boarding/wake surfing, snowboarding and surfing. He married his hard working ER Nurse wife in the Turks & Caicos in June 2021. He also has a 21-year old daughter from a previous marriage that has moved out & started her career in cosmetology. Their house is also blessed with a Siamese cat named Mr. Chan.

His experience in mortgage, new home sales and as a real estate agent allows him to have a broader perspective than most other agents. This helps him to understand the buyers/sellers emotions through the process. In essence, he's better suited to address possible fears & angst that may arise when clients are making life changing decisions on whether to buy or sell.

What Jeff loves about real estate is helping families dreams come true when it comes to home ownership. When he is able help families find "the one" and the excitement of making the dream a reality.... that is what puts a smile on his face and why he got into real estate.
