After 25 years in the real estate field, I have the knowledge and experience to assist clients wishing to sell a home, looking to buy a new home, or perhaps buy a second home, vacation rental, or other investment property. I was originally licensed as a real estate salesperson in 1998, but was a practicing real estate appraiser since 1990 accurately valuing property throughout southern California for lenders, brokers, government entities, investors, attorneys, and homeowners. After working and vacationing in the Coachella Valley for 30 years, and owning a vacation rental property and retail business, I am pleased to share my knowledge and expertise with clients throughout the valley.
