I was originally licensed as a real estate salesperson in 1998, but was a practicing real estate appraiser since 1990 accurately valuing property throughout southern California for lenders, brokers, government entities, investors, attorneys, and homeowners. After working and vacationing in the Coachella Valley for 30 years, and owning a vacation rental property and retail business, I am pleased to share my knowledge and expertise with clients throughout the valley.
