About Jeff

I've been a full time licensed real estate broker since 1986. In 1996 I became a principal owner in the firm Schils Real Estate, Inc. and in 1998 we merged that firm with Century 21 Rautmann Realty, which then became Century 21 Rautmann/Schils Real Estate. We grew that company with 3 partners and about 24 agents for 15 years, then bought out our third partner who retired from the business. We decided to change the name to Century 21 Moves, Inc. at that time and moved to a new building that we purchased in 2018. In 2023 my long time partner John Rohde decided to retire and I led the company as a solo owner with about 22 agents for a year before bringing on the firm Homeseekers with two new partners, Dan Menzer and Nate Nennig. My primary focus over the past four decades has been residential real estate sales with involvement in land development, spec house construction, rental acquisition and sales as well as some commercial real estate sales. I've been involved in my industry being on the local Board of Realtors and also serving as it's President, been on board of the Wisconsin Realtors Association and have had involvement with many local chariites and fund raisers in Sheboygan County. The majority of my business is a result of repeat and referral business and I've been fortunate to have had many years of success in this ever changing business.
