Jeff Onderko is a Realtor-Broker with Compass Real Estate, and ultra-specialist of Maui's Lahaina, Kaanapali and Kapalua areas. He truly believes it's an honor & privilege to call Hawaii home.

For 19 years now, West Maui is where he lives, works, and plays. His team and he specialize in luxury residential, condominium and land sales striving to deliver the highest level of professional service possible. With $65M+ sold, a panache for extensive statistical research and 150+ published real estate articles since 2015 - he is relevant, information driven and responsive. He brings a passionate energy, an entrepreneurial understanding, and a client-first approach to his real estate business.

Prior to becoming a realtor, he was an independent publisher, owning and operating Maui, Kauai and Hawaii Real Estate Weeklies plus had an equity stake in Maui Time Weekly. In 2009, after seeing the demand and living in an under serviced pet market, alongside his mom, Susan they opened West Maui Pet Supply.

He started his career after college as an account executive with Orlando Weekly ultimately becoming their Advertising Director. Then he moved on to Advertising Sales Manager at Orange County Weekly, in Southern California. He is native of Detroit, Michigan, but grew up in Florida splitting time between Miami, Orlando and Cocoa Beach, Fl. He was a scholarship soccer player at the University of Central Florida and graduated with a BA from their School of Communication. Always attracted to healthy lifestyle, adventure, great weather, water sports and the outdoors, he moved to Maui in the summer of 2002.

When the Realtor hat comes off, he's active in the community coaching soccer and he still plays in the West Maui open division. He's been involved in volunteering regularly at the Ka Hale A Ke Ola Shelter in West Maui and was on the Hawaii Life Charitable Fund from 2015-2020. Through the outlet of the WM Pet Supply, he was heavily involved with the Maui Humane Society & ASCPA getting animals adopted & spayed/neutered. When he has free time, you'll find him surfing, golfing, at the gym, a regular at yoga class, hanging at home with his pound pups Angel & Hazel or working in the backyard garden.
