About Jeff

I'm the owner and broker at Casta del Sol Realty. As a 4th generation California native and 3rd generation California realtor, I know So CA very well. I was the top student at Saddleback College when completing all of the broker requirements and more, and I was the first licensee of 100 to finish the state testing, becoming a broker on my first try. My grandmother became a broker and opened her own real estate brokerage in Newport Beach in the 1960s. Later, she was instrumental in the growth of Mission Viejo and opened a brokerage there, which I now own and operate myself, Casta del Sol Realty. I have a lot of vintage marketing materials for the best neighborhoods in Costa Mesa, and I have helped several people build wealth by finding them great investment deals. I love negotiating for my clients and stay current on all of the ever-changing laws, rules and latest tools available to make my transactions go smoothly. My mother has been a realtor for nearly 50 years and shares her expertise on my team at Casta del Sol Realty. My business is mostly based on referrals. I use Instagram mainly to post beach photos that I take on my early morning walks, which is my favorite way to start the day.
