Jeff Ryer

Jeff has been affiliated with Ryer Associates for over 15 years and brings to the firm a varied background from the Banking and Real Estate Industry. His initial financial experience was obtained through Citizens Bancorp, Maryland (now Crestar) as branch manager. More recently, he served as an assistant vice-president at Union Trust/First Fidelity (now First Union) in Asset Recovery, specializing in real estate based loan restructuring and real estate management.

In addition to providing commercial real estate brokerage services, Jeff heads the property management functions of the Company providing real estate management services to institutional and private investors.

Jeff is a graduate of the Leadership Danbury program and has participated in the United Way. He is on the Board of Directors of the Girl Scout Council of Southwestern Connecticut, Inc.

Jeff holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in business administration from Gettysburg College in Gettysburg, PA and has completed several courses in real estate finance, appraisal and loan restructuring and is a CCIM candidate.
