About Jeff

Jeff has been helping people buy and sell Outer Banks real estate since 1989. He has participated in or managed agents who participated in almost three quarters of a billion dollars in real estate sales. He holds six professional real estate designations and served as President of the Outer Banks Association of Realtors. Jeff received the prestigious Realtor of the Year Award in 2001 and 2002 for the Outer Banks Association of Realtors (OBAR). He is the only person in the history of this Association to receive this award in two consecutive years. Jeff is also the author of Living the Dream. He graduated from Gordon College and the Harvard University Extension School in Cambridge, Massachusetts before moving to the Outer Banks in 1989. He also has been involved in the Outer Banks community by serving as Chairman of the Administrative Council and Lay Leader of Duck United Methodist Church, as a member of the Board of Directors for the North Carolina Association of Realtors and the Outer Banks Chamber of Commerce. He also has served as Treasurer, President and a coach for the OBX Storm Soccer Club. He also has served numerous roles for OBAR including Secretary, Treasurer, Vice President. Jeff also has served as Board Chairman and as a Director for the Northeast North Carolina Region Fellowship of Christian Athletes.

When not working in real estate, Jeff enjoys surfing, trail running and spending time with his wife Lori, two sons and two dogs.
