This is a review of my experience with Jeff Shmase as our realtor. We were selling my Mother-in-law’s house in Peabody. Upon meeting Jeff, it was easy to realize that he was an expert in this marketplace. He first helped us to quickly price the house for as As-Is sale, as he totally understood comparative recent sales in the area.
As with any real estate sales, there were some hick-ups during the process. Jeff was the consummate professional in helping us wade through these potential problems. He and his team handled everything we expected of them, including finding professionals to help with some minor paint repair( required for HSA mortgage by buyers), emptying the house of left over items, and fully cleaning the house for sale.
We could not ask for more involvement in the process than Jeff provided. He, and his team, made the sale seem seamless despite the minor hick-ups and delays from the buyers.
I would recommend Jeff whole heartedly as a consummate Real Estate professional.

Jeff provided above and beyond service throughout the process. He suggested vendors to assist with getting the house ready to list. The vendors that were recommended by him were all excellent. He kept me fully informed during the entire process and provided valuable insight during each stage. He was proactive in reaching out to me with important information and making sure I was aware of things I needed to know. Above all he made sure we kept on schedule and that our agreed upon timetable was met. It was a pleasure to work with him.

Jeff is excellent in what he does. I have brought and sold a property with Jeff. He is very thorough in every step of the selling process. He explained and shared his expertise even before my property went on the market. He has offered to escort people that comes to the property. He laid out what I had to get done and when and that really helped with the timeline of selling the property.

Jeff is nothing short of an amazing agent! We were first-time homebuyers knowing nothing of the process or the market and Jeff patiently answered all of our questions and walked us through the entire process.

Jeff is highly knowledgeable of the area and his many years of expertise shows. He was always quick to respond when we needed him and always very honest and candid even if it goes against him making the sale, which I really appreciated and is rare to find in any sales agent.
