Jeff Stephens

Jeff grew up in Central Arkansas where his parents owned Executive Realty. This exposed him to real estate early in life. His professional career began in sales and purchasing for Georgia Pacific Corporation after college. As a manufacturer’s representative he became an expert in building materials, often on construction sites and in new homes evaluating material quality and construction methods. This ignited his passion for real estate, and he became a real estate investor. He now has over twenty years’ experience in residential, commercial, rentals, lots, condominiums, and lakefront property. He also co-founded a senior in-home care agency while helping to care for his aging parents. Jeff has a heart for seniors and a good understanding of their unique needs.
