With over 20 years of residential and commercial real estate experience as both a REALTOR® and investor, Jeff has achieved many milestones including the Multi-Million Dollar Sales and Top Selling Agent Awards, member of the Masters Club (representing the top 3% of all CENTURY 21® agents nationwide), a Bronze Award and multiple Outstanding Achievement Awards.

Jeff is a consultative partner with both home buyers and sellers, providing expertise and guidance to help investors and homeowners achieve the best possible real estate outcome for their specific situation. He has developed many productive relationships over the past 17 years with clients who want work with him again and again because of his cooperative nature, market expertise and all around genuine passion for real estate.

Jeff also excels in finding creative real estate solutions for primarily residential properties, helping both homeowners and investors find solutions for buying or selling a property at the highest possible value. Jeff also specializes in analyzing properties to be purchased for investment purposes including fix and flip, buy and hold, owner finance and lease options.

Jeff was born and raised in northern New Jersey. He has been married to his loving wife and best friend for 20 years, and has two boys, both of whom are very active in sports and enjoying drumming. He himself is a drummer and also very passionate about music. In addition, Jeff is an avid motorcyclist with great love for the open road. He moved to Charlotte with his family nine years ago and has developed a true love of the Queen city.
