Jeff not only helped me sell my home, but also helped me to buy a new one! The home I sold was located in a not very desirable area of town and the market prices in the area, at the moment were going down very fast. Jeff knew since minute one, that we not only needed to move fast to put the house on the market, but he also knew and advised me with some very helpful strategies on staging the home, expressed the importance of presenting a neat and clean home, so prospect buyers could easily picture the home, as their new home. Jeff also had an advice on the right price and was very professional and knowledgeable during the whole process. It only took 4 days for me to get an offer on my house. Jeff was very helpful during the negotiation and also helped me to understand the process that comes after the offer has been accepted. He was next to me at the closing table. It seemed to me like he had all the time to dedicate to me, always addressed my questions and my concerns very clearly. It was a great experience!.
After my house sold. Jeff continued working with me to help me find a new home. Being a home owner for the second time I had become more specific on what I needed. My wish list was a long one and I did not want to settle with a house that did not have everything I wanted in it. Jeff spent long weekends with me patiently showing me properties and I never sensed any rush from his part. He always made me feel like the most important goal was to find a home that I was completely happy with and I did!. I highly recommend Jeff Taylor as your professional/friend in your real estate transactions.
