Mark LaRosa did a great job selling my home. It was clear from our first meeting that he was very knowledgeable about the local market and priced my home accordingly. His marketing strategy was outstanding including professional photos and staging advice. He always kept me informed with feedback after showings. When I received an offer his negotiation skills were highly effective resulting in my receiving an offer that was great during a difficult seller's market. While waiting for the closing Mark and the Tricoli team were always available to answer my questions. Communication was never an issue as he was always prompt in texting or returning my calls. And if he was unavailable, he would have a member of the team do so. I found Mark to be efficient and highly effective when there was a hiccup during the closing process. We are very grateful for the Tricoli team! We were with another (well known) company for about 8 months before switching to Tricoli and it was a nightmare and waste of time. It really showed a lot about the character of our agent Chase and the Tricoli team that they helped us out of that situation and took us on despite the baggage that came with it. Even before we were under contract with them they answered our questions and were great.
I only wish we knew about and went with Tricoli in the first place. They have a great marketing system and really do a good job at getting your house in front of people. On the selling side, Chase was helpful from the start, the listing and photos were great, and Neil and the feedback team were kind and communicative throughout. We had consistent showings through the whole process and when offers came, Chase gave honest feedback and helped navigate everything.

On the buying side, Jelena was patient and kind. We saw a lot of homes, often toting along our two small children, and she never lost patience. When we eventually found the house we purchased, she recognized immediately that it would be ideal for us. I had a great experience working with Chase Caccamo and the entire Tricoli Team on the sale of my home. Chase was always quick to respond to calls, and was easy to work with throughout the process.

The biggest challenge was selling the house while it was still tenant-occupied. Chase helped navigate the added complexities of coordinating showings and keeping the sale moving forward despite the challenges. My tenants did not make it easy, they denied over 50% of showing requests and refused any weekend showings. His communication and practical approach made a difficult situation much more manageable.

He also gave helpful advice on which updates were worth making before putting the house on the market, which helped me focus my time and money where it would have the most impact.

I worked with Chase from the Tricoli Realty Team to sell my home and it was a great experience. I have been trying to sell my home in Lake Worth for two years with a number of different real estate agents. Things didn't work out and I was growing more and more frustrated by the lack of progress.

On a whim, I reached out to the Tricoli team and was partnered with Chase. He was very kind and patient as he walked me through his multi-step plan to prepare the home, advertise it, and get as many clients to view the home as possible. I had lived in the house for 35 years but over time the repairs started adding up. My husband died in 2000 and I had no one to help me keep up with them and when I got to the point where I wanted to sell I started looking for a good realtor. I give many thanks to Chase, Neil, and the rest of the Tricoli team for handling the sale of my condo. Their feedback on my condo and what to do prior to photographs being taken was very helpful. I also appreciated being listened to when it came to how I felt about the place that was my home for many years, the work that was put into it, and the sale of it. The listing looked wonderful with the great pictures and informative description.

The sale ended up being quick and easy, despite the setbacks from the buyers side. The Tricoli team kept me informed and answered all my questions throughout the process. I knew all of the deadlines, what to expect at each step, and what we were waiting on from the buyers side at all times. It was only two months from the listing going live to the closing of the sale. Chase Caccamo was wonderful from start to finish. He would check in even when the probate process seemed to be at a standstill. Chase knew that it would take 9-10 months before the court would give the order to sell the house, yet he waited patiently and was supportive throughout the journey. During this time Chase would keep InTouch, he would check in with us and would help us prepare for the pending house sale in a professional way. He would keep us up to date on the housing market trend and he would reassure us with optimism. My experience with Tricoli was wonderful. My agent, Josh Malenfant, was so helpful, knowledgeable and patient. I was searching for my vacation home from another state, but this never hindered me or Josh. He showed me many condos, both video call and in person. I had specific requirements for my condo and then I kept changing my mind over time, but Josh never ever made me feel pushed or rushed. In fact, he told me not to worry, but my condo would come to me eventually. He also seemed to just know when I needed help or when I needed to step back. What good intuition he had for the customer and their needs! He came to me on a recommendation from my daughter, who also used Josh to buy a home in Florida. 4.9 Stars. I would highly recommend the Tricoli Team. When I first listed my townhouse for sale. I interviewed eight realtors. Ryan from the Tricoli Team was my top choice for a while, and then I made a decision to go with another realtor… That was a mistake. The other realtor had my listing for 4 months, and they had maybe five or six showings the entire time. After that listing expired, I called Ryan back and I’m glad that I did it. The Tricoli team did a great job and I can see why they were able to get my house sold. The listing they created was superior, the follow up was always excellent… within the first couple of days in my listing, I had already had more showings then I had had for months with the other realtor and within a month I had a contract for my “happy number”. The only reason that they didn’t get that last 1/10 of a star is because a few members of their team were not always sharing information, and I had to repeat messages a couple of times to multiple people on the team. But otherwise it was an absolutely fantastic experience overall. Very professional very responsive.. and they got the job done

From start to finish the listing process was exceptional. The current market trend was explained in detail by Ryan along with how the current evaluation was made and what the suggested listing price should be. Not only did he give expert advice, but he also listened to our ideas and incorporated them into the listing. Communication was excellent. We received a weekly activity report call from Neil and were invited to ask any questions. Ryan was always only a call or text away. I can't express how impressed I was with the communication! I decided to go with Jeff and the Tricolli team after dropping one real estate company and then interviewing 4 others. I was sold on Tricolli once speaking with Chase Caccamo. He did an excellent job explaining, in detail, what to expect from his team and eventually came up with the perfect selling price. The selling of the property was made more difficult for us, given that we live in Massachusetts and the home was located in Hobe Sound, Florida. Chase is an excellent communicator and negotiator. Chase and his team were constantly in touch with me keeping me updated on showings and offers. The pictures that were taken really showed the property beautifully and it showed with the number of potential buyers that looked at the property. We actually had the property sold to two prior buyers that unfortunately were not able to complete sale due to issues on the buyers' end. Through it all Chase continued to keep the home on the market and in the end got me a better price than the original 2 offers that fell through. The closing was handled without the need for us to leave Massachusetts at all. I can't recommend and thank Chase and the Triccoli team enough for going above and beyond to get us the most out of the sale of our home.

If there were questions, there was always a timely response.
We had issues with the title company. Tricoli team kept fixing whatever technical problems we we having.
Before the closing, due to issues with title company, Chase was on the phone or texting numerous times a day.
This closing was a challenge but Chase and the Tricoli team made it as smooth as possible.

What an experience. I was very pleased with the Tricoli Team. From listing my house to closing they were very informative. My agent, Chase was great. If I missed his call, he would always call me back. He kept in touch with me the whole time. I moved out prior to the closing and he assisted me with my move. My sister and I inherited a condo from our brother and called Tricoli Team. our point of contact was Chase Caccamo. The first meeting when he came to see the property and discuss everything with us; he spent a good deal of time and listened to us and explained in detail what we could expect. Once we had the placed cleaned out, they came in and took photos to upload to their site, which is far reaching. Chase or Neil would contact us frequently to advise status of the market. they were very communicative and very responsive. The end became dicey due to the title company whom the buyer chose and Chase intervened repeatedly to facilitate the closing in a timely manner. We had an exceptional experience working with the Tricoli Team to purchase our new home. We were relocating from Fort Lauderdale and our realtor, Josh Malenfant, went out of his way to educate us about communities in Palm Beach that could be a good fit for our family. When there were times we could not drive up to view a home right away, Josh always made himself available to give us a virtual tour. Josh has a very keen eye when viewing homes and is able to provide a lot of information on what repairs a home may need and their approximate cost. This was extremely valuable to us as we were assessing our options and deciding what properties to make offers on. I spent 10 months trying to sell my unit on my own with not a lot of success. The Tricoli team is top notch and I would highly recommend to anyone looking to purchase a home. I worked with Josh and he was amazing, best real estate agent in the county. From the first time we met he said "I don't care if it takes 2 years I will find you the perfect home" and he was true to his word. Over the course of 9 months Josh never pushed or pressured us and met us at multiple listings. I know I was not the easiest client and had a specific list of things I wanted and a specific amount I was willing to spend. Josh was patient and he LISTENED and found exactly what I wanted for my family(2 teenagers 2 toddlers my wife and myself). He stayed in contact even through the holidays which I thought was amazing. When we decided Loxahatchee was where we wanted to live, specifically Arden Josh wasted no time and found us an amazing luxury home with incentives I'm still in awe of. Once we decided on a home and got to negotiating Josh was there every step of the way. When I could not get answers from the builders or underwriting or title one phone call from Josh and BOOM problem solved. I told him before and I will say again, he is the David Cooperfield of the real estate world, simply said he works magic. Josh made the long drive multiple times to Loxahatchee and Arden to make sure we were protected, informed and got the best deal humanly possible. His product knowledge of luxury jumbo homes, ability to navigate the murky world of underwriting and overall ability to set all your concerns at ease separates him from other agents. I have just recently relocated from a far away state to Florida. Prior to this process, I spent several weeks to months to find a best realtor to help us find a very nice home and location to settle down. Every time I typed down the best realtor in South east coast of Florida, where I chose to relocate to, Jeff Tricoli's name came up every time. So I called his office almost a year ago, the gentleman answered the phone assigned a very nice young lady, he said an expert realor in the Palm Beach County, her name is Brielle Stoddard. It has been a real God sent and blessings. She gave us many good ideas, knowledge about the areas, and showed us severl properties, all very nice, and I could pick every one of them, if I could afford them. So far, it has been a very good experience and lucky. I am now happily settled down and have moved into my new home in a beautiful community, peaceful and seems safe so far. Not only Brielle helped us looking, showing and assisting us in searching our new home, she also helped during the closing proceess when we were unable to travel over 2,500 miles to Florida at that time. I’ve been eyeing this place before construction even start always had to pass by the location, once I seen construction was almost done I have a past co-worker who start working in real estate and sure enough his office was working with the builders to selll the homes, I got information from Matt who works for the office went to the open house to see how the homes looks and see if my partner and I wanted to buy a home in this community and that’s when we meet Brielle, Brielle was very informative and always stayed in contact if I had questions she was available and answered them. I came across Rohan's profile when I was looking for a reliable realtor. I had been working with another realtor for a few months without success on finding a home, which was very frustrating. I'm a first-time home buyer, and I learned that it is essential to work with a diligent and reliable realtor committed full-time to the business. I was fortunate to meet Rohan Burgher-Fleming, who is part of the Tricoli Team. Within two days of our first conversation, he had followed up with all the potential listings (probably 30) and coordinated to show me a home on the same day it came out on the market. This was the home I ultimately bought.

As a first-time buyer, I learned that the real estate business moves quickly. Homes that come on the market can be under contract within the same week or even a couple of days. In our case, we got under contract two days after the home came on the market, and we were already competing with other offers/buyers. This would not have been possible if it weren't for Rohan's diligence and determination to close the transaction. Rohan is definitely on top of the game and excels on helping his clients achieve their goal of homeownership.

I highly recommend Rohan to anyone looking to buy real estate. I believe that you get to witness someone's professional skills when encountering obstacles and how they handle them. Although our transaction started smoothly, the closing was delayed due to the home being part of an estate. Rohan showed resilience and determination to help me get to the closing table. Even though the closing process is already complex, the fact that it required more documents to allow us to close made it more challenging. Rohan's recommendations proved to be very assertive on top of his negotiation skills and hard work. I can speak a lot about the positive experience of working with Rohan to find my first home and make the closing happen, but something that truly impressed me was his ability to solve problems and how he helped me throughout the process from beginning to end. This is my second transaction with the Tricoli Team and I couldn't be happier. My first experience was in 2019 as a first time home buyer and in 2023 I used them them sell my home post-divorce.

I contacted the team through their Zillow listing of the property. The property was a 2-hour drive away from my current place of residence. My contact at Tricoli was Chris Dubois. Chris was professional, knowledgeable, and punctual throughout the process. I had arranged a virtual tour of the property and then 2-days later an in person tour, Chris was where he said he would be and when. After, he over communicated every action required of me every step of the way. He arranged for a property inspection that was both punctual and professionally conducted. We hired the Tricoli team to help sell our house. How main contact was the agent Brandy Brant who walked us through each of the steps. We were very fortunate because we had four showings on just one day, and the house was sold that particular day.

Brandy was always available to answer the phone and answer any questions that we had. The process required many different steps. After we signed the contract we had to make a list of the upgrades. The next step that we took was to have Brandy arrange for the photographer to take pictures of our house. Even though there were minor color corrections, the photographer quickly adjusted these for us. Of course, Brandy was there to negotiate this aspect. The photographs made the house look outstanding!

The next step in the process was to set up appointments to have potential buyers come by and see the house in person. Brandy arranged it so that the potential sellers would have a 15 minute period in which to view our house. The appointments were set up back to back which meant that it was not inconvenient. As mentioned before, we were very fortunate to have the house sold on that one day so we did not have any further viewings. Again, Brandy arranged to negotiate a price higher than our list price. Needless to say, that made us very happy.

After this came the inspection of the house. This took three hours. He looked at every area. Negotiations followed this step. Fortunately they were only a few items that needed to be corrected. We also tried to sell the furniture that we currently had in the house to the new owners. Unfortunately, they had their own items and didn’t wish to buy anything. We did leave items in the garage such as a ladder, shelving, etc.

After the inspection came the walk-through. Brandy arranged to have one of the agents come by and get the key from us so that it was accessible to the new potential owners. This part went fairly smoothly again, thanks to Brandy.

Jeff Tricoli Team help sell our house in Lake Worth, Florida. As everyone knows, selling a house can produce a tremendous amount of anxiety and it’s so important to have a professional walk you through all the steps. For the seller, there is a tremendous amount of anxiety, and so we were very pleased with the assistance that we received. Brandi Brandt was the leading person that we had contact with. She was always there for us. If we called her and she didn’t answer immediately, she would call us back very soon. Reliability was definitely her middle name.

The start with we had to make a list of upgrades that were carefully screened and sent to the potential buyers. after this step, the photographer had to take color pictures of the house. Fortunately, she grouped these together within a fifteen time frame following one another, so that made it more convenient for us. We were very fortunate, because on the very first day that our house was listed, several offers came in and Brandy was there to negotiate all the deals. She helped us settle on the best deal that was over the asking price

The next step was the inspection and setting it up. Brandy was there to help us with this particular step. Obviously, there were going to be negotiations with the inspection and again Brandy was there. We successfully completed all the demands that were outstanding with the inspection. now we only had to complete several different items. We asked Brandy if the seller wanted us to leave any items in the house such as furniture or items in the garage. Brandy contacted the buyers agent to answer any questions the buyers had.

The last step was the walk-through and giving the key to one of the agents on the Tricoli Team. She came by promptly for the appointment so that the sellers could do the final walk-through. In all I must say that Brandy was outstanding in being supportive in this very challenging situation, and I would highly recommend her.

After interviewing several realtors we landed with Tricoli and Jennie Michuda. She was a perfect fit, she only represents buyers so it was easier to get her time for last minute showing as the FL market sells fast. This purchase was a bittersweet moment in my life, as it was not a planned event. From the time a representative from the Tricoli team came to our house we knew we were in good hands. He told us all about Keller Williams and how the Tricoli team works. He was very knowledgeable and certainly knew his business. We had no doubt that this was the perfect match for us. We signed the listing agreement that night. He told us what we should do with the house to get it ready for pictures. The photographer came a few days later and took pictures of inside the house, outside the house and pictures from above. They even went as far as to take pictures of the pool, playground and volley ball court. The house went on the market on a Friday and by monday we had several offers. Like everyone else I did shop around before signing deal with Tricoli team. I had interaction with at least 3 agencies. What I benefited the most by doing business with Tricoli team are;

Listing experience : If you are first time seller Like me, and getting confused with various concepts and knowledge acquired through reading on internet, you definitely need a 'local' expert and 'market' proficient. The other 3 agencies I had interaction with proposed a selling price way lower than what Tricoli team proposed. To be frank at that time the main reason for selecting Tricoli Team was their confidence in selling the house at price they recommended. I was not confident but they were.

Tricoli Team listed my house in so many different places and definitely optimized it for search results.

My property had location advantages and hence they made sure to capture all that in aerial view photos and videos.

Showing experience : Tricoli team uses technology to its best. Mobile apps for showing requests is so helpful and easy to use and you wont end up just guessing but being very sure. I do not know the industry practice and whether it is normal but during initial few showings I was getting concerned about my (seller) agent not being present for showings. And I totally understand that was mainly because of social distancing of COVID era and later realized that it is a good practice as well which gives buyer agent and buyers freedom to look around the property.

Communication: They have a good support team, working on weekends and late evenings. I typically got my questions answered within less than 2 hours. My assigned agent Mr. Ryan is very knowledgeable and patient. Most of the important decisions I depended on his recommendations.

Negotiations : Tricoli team as a whole has very good reputation in housing market and I could see that in their interactions as well as responses from buyer's agents. They ensure that when offers are received buyer has either pre-approved loan or proof of cash hence safeguarding seller's time.

Overall I had completely hassle free selling experience because of Tricoli Team.

I had an excellent overall experience with my agent, Ryan Garcia and the Keller Williams - Tricoli Team. Ryan arrived on day one, right on time with a Comparative Market Analysis of my home and existing homes in the area. Within a few days, a professional photographer arrive and took photos and a video which showcased my home better than I could have ever imagined. I was provided with the "Home App" which allowed me to view all scheduled showing times. We had dozens of showings and 3 offers within a week or so. We had an issue with the first buyer who withdrew after two extensions, but the Tricoli Team had my back through the entire process. They quickly reeled- in another buyer and we were able to close remotely within a week of the first contract withdraw. They were able to settle/recover an amicable portion of escrowed funds for me without litigation. Contact throughout the the sales process was good. All calls and/or texts were replied to - usually within an hour. Although there a few issues, none the fault of my agent or the Tricoli Team - I am extremely satisfied and would highly recommend them.

The Tricoli team members are consummate professionals. They did an incredible job of selling our home quickly and for top dollar. From the start, their marketing package answered all of our initial questions and provided guidelines for showing our home. We followed every instruction to the letter and were pleased with the results. The open house was managed flawlessly and we received several offers that same weekend. Home showings were scheduled electronically and without incident. Our home space was treated with respect and the Tricoli team provided feedback and follow up for all of our questions and concerns. We could not have asked for a better experience. Instead of telling me that it can’t be done, they showed me how we could do it. During closing the sales team was always available and willing to help. The closing occurred on-time and on budget. Having a team like this on your side makes you a winner.

I highly recommend Jeff Tricoli and his team. We selected them to sell our house and they were able to secure a great offer for us very quickly. Jeff’s entire team did a great job of keeping us informed, explaining the pros and cons of each offer, and helping us through the entire selling process all the way to closing. There are few things as confusing to me as Real Estate, and so the most important thing when working with a Realtor is that I need to be able to trust them to handle the thinking on my behalf, and Jeff's team came through in spades. We initially contacted him to go look at a specific house, which we ended up not caring for, so he had a backup ready to show us immediately and we loved it. Every step of the way was as simple as it could be thanks to the Tricoli team, and we now own a beautiful new home, even despite the incredibly difficult market this year! It was also incredibly reassuring to see that when potential issues arose during the process due to an unforeseen issue that arose with the opposite party, Jeff immediately made it his priority to work with them to get us a fast and reasonable solution. Definitely go with this team if you want the easiest possible time buying a home.
