That’s when we were introduced to Jelena Roeck, and we couldn’t have asked for a better realtor. I worked with Chase from the Tricoli Realty Team to sell my home and it was a great experience. I have been trying to sell my home in Lake Worth for two years with a number of different real estate agents. Things didn't work out and I was growing more and more frustrated by the lack of progress.

On a whim, I reached out to the Tricoli team and was partnered with Chase. He was very kind and patient as he walked me through his multi-step plan to prepare the home, advertise it, and get as many clients to view the home as possible. With a couple of weeks, the interest picked up, the number of home viewings doubled, we started getting offers and we made more progress in selling the home in two weeks than I had in the prior two years. The home selling process was quick, efficient, and orderly with the next steps laid out in full so I knew what to expect. Chase helped negotiate the best price possible and I'm very satisfied with the result.

My name is Delores Keane (Jean). I want to express my appreciation to the Tricoli Team Real Estate. I decided to put my house up for sale in April of this year. I had lived in the house for 35 years but over time the repairs started adding up. My husband died in 2000 and I had no one to help me keep up with them and when I got to the point where I wanted to sell I started looking for a good realtor. I did like everyone else does and I went to google and Ryan Garcia from Tricoli Realty popped up as the best there is. I called on a Thursday and Ryan was at my house on the following Monday. 4.9 Stars. I would highly recommend the Tricoli Team. When I first listed my townhouse for sale. I interviewed eight realtors. Ryan from the Tricoli Team was my top choice for a while, and then I made a decision to go with another realtor… That was a mistake. The other realtor had my listing for 4 months, and they had maybe five or six showings the entire time. After that listing expired, I called Ryan back and I’m glad that I did it. The Tricoli team did a great job and I can see why they were able to get my house sold. The listing they created was superior, the follow up was always excellent… within the first couple of days in my listing, I had already had more showings then I had had for months with the other realtor and within a month I had a contract for my “happy number”. The only reason that they didn’t get that last 1/10 of a star is because a few members of their team were not always sharing information, and I had to repeat messages a couple of times to multiple people on the team. But otherwise it was an absolutely fantastic experience overall. Very professional very responsive.. and they got the job done

I decided to go with Jeff and the Tricolli team after dropping one real estate company and then interviewing 4 others. I was sold on Tricolli once speaking with Chase Caccamo. He did an excellent job explaining, in detail, what to expect from his team and eventually came up with the perfect selling price. The selling of the property was made more difficult for us, given that we live in Massachusetts and the home was located in Hobe Sound, Florida. Chase is an excellent communicator and negotiator. Chase and his team were constantly in touch with me keeping me updated on showings and offers. The pictures that were taken really showed the property beautifully and it showed with the number of potential buyers that looked at the property. We actually had the property sold to two prior buyers that unfortunately were not able to complete sale due to issues on the buyers' end. Through it all Chase continued to keep the home on the market and in the end got me a better price than the original 2 offers that fell through. The closing was handled without the need for us to leave Massachusetts at all. I can't recommend and thank Chase and the Triccoli team enough for going above and beyond to get us the most out of the sale of our home.

We had an exceptional experience working with the Tricoli Team to purchase our new home. We were relocating from Fort Lauderdale and our realtor, Josh Malenfant, went out of his way to educate us about communities in Palm Beach that could be a good fit for our family. When there were times we could not drive up to view a home right away, Josh always made himself available to give us a virtual tour. Josh has a very keen eye when viewing homes and is able to provide a lot of information on what repairs a home may need and their approximate cost. This was extremely valuable to us as we were assessing our options and deciding what properties to make offers on. From the first time we met he said "I don't care if it takes 2 years I will find you the perfect home" and he was true to his word. Over the course of 9 months Josh never pushed or pressured us and met us at multiple listings. I know I was not the easiest client and had a specific list of things I wanted and a specific amount I was willing to spend. Josh was patient and he LISTENED and found exactly what I wanted for my family(2 teenagers 2 toddlers my wife and myself). He stayed in contact even through the holidays which I thought was amazing. I came across Rohan's profile when I was looking for a reliable realtor. I had been working with another realtor for a few months without success on finding a home, which was very frustrating. I'm a first-time home buyer, and I learned that it is essential to work with a diligent and reliable realtor committed full-time to the business. I was fortunate to meet Rohan Burgher-Fleming, who is part of the Tricoli Team. Within two days of our first conversation, he had followed up with all the potential listings (probably 30) and coordinated to show me a home on the same day it came out on the market. This was the home I ultimately bought.

As a first-time buyer, I learned that the real estate business moves quickly. Homes that come on the market can be under contract within the same week or even a couple of days. In our case, we got under contract two days after the home came on the market, and we were already competing with other offers/buyers. This would not have been possible if it weren't for Rohan's diligence and determination to close the transaction. Rohan is definitely on top of the game and excels on helping his clients achieve their goal of homeownership.

I highly recommend Rohan to anyone looking to buy real estate. I believe that you get to witness someone's professional skills when encountering obstacles and how they handle them. Let me start off by stating that my experience with the Tricoli team was absolutely incredible from the first contact through closing! I contacted the team through their Zillow listing of the property. The property was a 2-hour drive away from my current place of residence. My contact at Tricoli was Chris Dubois. I had arranged a virtual tour of the property and then 2-days later an in person tour, Chris was where he said he would be and when. We hired the Tricoli team to help sell our house. How main contact was the agent Brandy Brant who walked us through each of the steps. We were very fortunate because we had four showings on just one day, and the house was sold that particular day.

Brandy was always available to answer the phone and answer any questions that we had. The process required many different steps. After we signed the contract we had to make a list of the upgrades. The next step that we took was to have Brandy arrange for the photographer to take pictures of our house. Even though there were minor color corrections, the photographer quickly adjusted these for us. Of course, Brandy was there to negotiate this aspect. The photographs made the house look outstanding!

The next step in the process was to set up appointments to have potential buyers come by and see the house in person. Brandy arranged it so that the potential sellers would have a 15 minute period in which to view our house. The appointments were set up back to back which meant that it was not inconvenient. As mentioned before, we were very fortunate to have the house sold on that one day so we did not have any further viewings. Again, Brandy arranged to negotiate a price higher than our list price. Needless to say, that made us very happy.

After this came the inspection of the house. This took three hours. He looked at every area. Negotiations followed this step. Fortunately they were only a few items that needed to be corrected. We also tried to sell the furniture that we currently had in the house to the new owners. Unfortunately, they had their own items and didn’t wish to buy anything. We did leave items in the garage such as a ladder, shelving, etc.

After the inspection came the walk-through. Brandy arranged to have one of the agents come by and get the key from us so that it was accessible to the new potential owners. This part went fairly smoothly again, thanks to Brandy.

Brandy was in tremendous asset in our house sale!

Jeff Tricoli Team help sell our house in Lake Worth, Florida. As everyone knows, selling a house can produce a tremendous amount of anxiety and it’s so important to have a professional walk you through all the steps. For the seller, there is a tremendous amount of anxiety, and so we were very pleased with the assistance that we received. Brandi Brandt was the leading person that we had contact with. She was always there for us. If we called her and she didn’t answer immediately, she would call us back very soon. Reliability was definitely her middle name.

The start with we had to make a list of upgrades that were carefully screened and sent to the potential buyers. after this step, the photographer had to take color pictures of the house. Fortunately, she grouped these together within a fifteen time frame following one another, so that made it more convenient for us. We were very fortunate, because on the very first day that our house was listed, several offers came in and Brandy was there to negotiate all the deals. She helped us settle on the best deal that was over the asking price

The next step was the inspection and setting it up. Brandy was there to help us with this particular step. Obviously, there were going to be negotiations with the inspection and again Brandy was there. We successfully completed all the demands that were outstanding with the inspection. now we only had to complete several different items. We asked Brandy if the seller wanted us to leave any items in the house such as furniture or items in the garage. Brandy contacted the buyers agent to answer any questions the buyers had.

The last step was the walk-through and giving the key to one of the agents on the Tricoli Team. She came by promptly for the appointment so that the sellers could do the final walk-through. In all I must say that Brandy was outstanding in being supportive in this very challenging situation, and I would highly recommend her.

Everything about The Tricoli Team is professional and organized - from the photo shoot of our home to the thorough and efficient title company they suggested. It all worked smoothly. We were provided with plenty of notice for showings and prompt feedback. Someone from the team was always available for questions or concerns. During contract negotiations, Ryan Garcia, did an excellent job - netting us what we had hoped despite a cool down in the market. As an added bonus, they have an office in Georgia as well. My mom needed to sell and buy a home in a very short time frame in two different cities. Wow! The Tricoli Team did an outstanding job taming care of all the details from start to finish. They took an extremely stressful situation and made it seamless. They helped her get the most money for her home she was selling and got her her dream home for a dream price. They even went so far as to provide moving boxes and a truck......who does that?!
The manager Josh was part of the dream team made up of himself, Josh Malenfant, Tiss, Jeff Tricoli, and everyone else in the background. Everyone was so easy to get a hold of, and they would even call to check how my mom was feeling with the process. She would even get responses at 10 pm! Tireless work that produced wonderful results. I was impressed in the manner in which the team handled the process from start to finish. During the initial consultation, Liz gave me all the information about the team and their marketing strategies, as well as overall structure of how the deal would be conducted. I felt very comfortable and not pressured to hire them. After I hired them everything went according to plan. The whole process from their side was as smooth as their step by step information sheet they gave me. The whole staff was very pleasant and worked around my busy scheduled. The photographer took beautiful pictures and video of my house. Even though selling a house can get very stressful the tricolli team handled it exceptionally. They did all the talking and negotiations. I really felt they werent just there to complete a sale but on my side and willing to get me top dollar for my house. She was a perfect fit, she only represents buyers so it was easier to get her time for last minute showing as the FL market sells fast. From the time a representative from the Tricoli team came to our house we knew we were in good hands. He told us all about Keller Williams and how the Tricoli team works. He was very knowledgeable and certainly knew his business. We had no doubt that this was the perfect match for us. We signed the listing agreement that night. He told us what we should do with the house to get it ready for pictures. The photographer came a few days later and took pictures of inside the house, outside the house and pictures from above. They even went as far as to take pictures of the pool, playground and volley ball court. The house went on the market on a Friday and by monday we had several offers. The offer we chose was actually more than the listing price and was seen remotely from California. The inspection was done and we were ready to close. In closing I would recommend the tricoli team to everyone and can only thank them for selling our house.

I got to find out first hand why the Tricoli Team is a top performing agency. My #1 focus is communication, and Jeff and his team never faltered. I worked directly with Ryan Garcia who messaged and called me with updates and walked me through the entire process of selling my home. We used apps like Home by ShowingTime where I was able to track the viewings on my property with date, times, and agent feedback. Like everyone else I did shop around before signing deal with Tricoli team. I had interaction with at least 3 agencies. What I benefited the most by doing business with Tricoli team are;

Listing experience : If you are first time seller Like me, and getting confused with various concepts and knowledge acquired through reading on internet, you definitely need a 'local' expert and 'market' proficient. The other 3 agencies I had interaction with proposed a selling price way lower than what Tricoli team proposed. To be frank at that time the main reason for selecting Tricoli Team was their confidence in selling the house at price they recommended. I was not confident but they were.

Tricoli Team listed my house in so many different places and definitely optimized it for search results.

My property had location advantages and hence they made sure to capture all that in aerial view photos and videos.

Showing experience : Tricoli team uses technology to its best. Mobile apps for showing requests is so helpful and easy to use and you wont end up just guessing but being very sure. I do not know the industry practice and whether it is normal but during initial few showings I was getting concerned about my (seller) agent not being present for showings. And I totally understand that was mainly because of social distancing of COVID era and later realized that it is a good practice as well which gives buyer agent and buyers freedom to look around the property.

Communication: They have a good support team, working on weekends and late evenings. I typically got my questions answered within less than 2 hours. My assigned agent Mr. Ryan is very knowledgeable and patient. Most of the important decisions I depended on his recommendations.

Negotiations : Tricoli team as a whole has very good reputation in housing market and I could see that in their interactions as well as responses from buyer's agents. They ensure that when offers are received buyer has either pre-approved loan or proof of cash hence safeguarding seller's time.

Overall I had completely hassle free selling experience because of Tricoli Team.

I had an excellent overall experience with my agent, Ryan Garcia and the Keller Williams - Tricoli Team. Ryan arrived on day one, right on time with a Comparative Market Analysis of my home and existing homes in the area. Within a few days, a professional photographer arrive and took photos and a video which showcased my home better than I could have ever imagined. I was provided with the "Home App" which allowed me to view all scheduled showing times. We had dozens of showings and 3 offers within a week or so. We had an issue with the first buyer who withdrew after two extensions, but the Tricoli Team had my back through the entire process. They quickly reeled- in another buyer and we were able to close remotely within a week of the first contract withdraw. They were able to settle/recover an amicable portion of escrowed funds for me without litigation. Contact throughout the the sales process was good. All calls and/or texts were replied to - usually within an hour. Although there a few issues, none the fault of my agent or the Tricoli Team - I am extremely satisfied and would highly recommend them.

I was very impressed with the experience I had with The Tricoli Team selling my townhouse in Boynton Beach, Florida. I received multiple offers and the house was under contract four days after being listed in February 2021, with several offers above the listing price. We were looking to buy a house in the West Palm Beach area. We had spoken with several real estate agents and most were not listening to our needs. We then reached out to the Tricoli team based on excellent online reviews. Jennie Michuda took the lead and she spent time listening. She knew that we had no hard deadlines to find a house, so it might take a few months before we would actually buy something. Jennie was happy to work within those parameters. She found us a number of listings and she listened to what we liked and what we did not like, so she could better tailor future listings to our needs.

We eventually targeted a couple of developments and specific floor plans in those developments. What we wanted was not currently on the market, but we were willing to wait and Jennie was too. Then, more than four months after starting our search a house that checked most of our needs came on the market and we were able to buy it. Jennie then worked with us during the rest of the process through closing.

My experience with Jeff Tricoli and his team was fantastic every step of the way. My realtor Courtney Hackney wad extremely knowledgeable about the entire process and does a great job of explaining everything in great detail. Great person She has high integrity and is very conscientious and tenacious, always keeping the clients best interests in mind. She shows great attention to the details enabling the transaction to get done. I have the highest level of confidence in her and would highly recommend her. The entire team is wonderful to work with and the marketing aspect went above and beyond my expectations Jeff Tricoli and his team does research to assist with assessing a fair market value of the property for the offer and then negotiates effectively with the opposing broker on behalf of the client within four days my apartment was under contract. They made selling my apartment a walk in the park.

There are many real estate in Florida
but find a very good one is quite difficult
for my own personal experience all the time we sold and bought an house we had a bad experience never a professional agent that doesn't look at you like an hundred dollar bill and ounce they get the hand on the money they don't recognize you anymore.
This time was different first because is the last house I was selling second I really found an excellent agent that took care of my house like was his house,
always answer the phone and texts
never complain and always positive
even if I was not, I really couldn't ask any
better I know sound crazy but it's the real truth. I want to thank you very much the TRICOLI real estate and in particular the agent AARON that did all the work.
Thank you very much AARON you did a great job , I will recommend you to anybody who is going to buy or sell an house.

Jeff and his team sold our home within 30 days. We wanted a real estate agent that was honest and ethical with high level of integrity which is what this team exhibits. We found Jeff and Aaron to be knowledgeable, attentive to our inquiries, and both have excellent negotiation skills. From the day that we signed the contract and through closing, Aaron and Jeff stayed in contact with us and made this process very easy. I was selling this Florida home for my family as a trustee from out of state, so I needed a full-service realtor. I originally contacted Jeff on a recommendation from a Florida friend who had worked with Jeff before. Jeff and team were very professional with good communications. Jeff handled the original discussions, signing of the contract, and marketing the home, while Courtney handled much of the actual details during the showings, buyer negotiations, and closing. Jeff was in close contact with Courtney throughout the entire process. The home was well marketed and had more showings than expected, including from out-of-state perspectives. Jeff also helped with recommending contractors for last minute cleanup and repairs, and recommended a title company that worked out well. The end result was very good with competing bids and a sale at more than asking price. Problems were minimal and issues were addressed quickly. I would definitely use Jeff and team again.

The Tricoli team sold may parents house for us in West Palm Beach, Florida. They were extremely professional and sold the house quickly. Jeff is very knowledgeable about the area and the team has expertise on selling homes. It was an emotional time and I live out of state so, I really thought I was going to have to fly to Florida a few times in order to get this done. Everything was done electronically which made it simple for me. My sister and I were dividing the funds between us and the Tricoli team took care of that for us as well. I can’t thank them enough for all they did and the way they made it easy for us. I highly recommend this team for any of your real estate needs.
