Redefining Real Estate

With an MBA and years of consumer marketing experience with companies such as Colgate Palmolive, Nestle and Warner Brothers, I know what sells. Since 1999, I’ve put my consumer marketing knowledge and expertise to work as a residential real estate broker. I specialize primarily in Tacoma, University Place, Gig Harbor and Lakewood, working with a limited number of clients at any given time to make sure I’m able to deliver top notch service. I take the time to fully understand my client’s goals and objectives, providing each with a customized plan to buy or sell their home.

I’ve been buying, renovating and selling my own historic homes since 1993 (more than 55 and counting), and I’m passionate about the restoration of classic architecture. I’m a past board member of Historic Tacoma, an organization dedicated to the preservation of Tacoma’s architectural treasures, and I served as a city commissioner for Tacoma’s Landmarks Preservation Commission for nine years. I also serve as the Immediate Past President of the Board of Trustees for the Tacoma Art Museum, and I’m on the Board of Trustees for the Pierce College Foundation. I’ve owned and shown American quarter horses since childhood and served as Board President for the Washington State Quarter Horse Association for a number of years. My show horse is currently in training at Summit View Ranch south of Roy, WA.
