I am in the market for renting a house/apartment and I wasn't even sure where to start looking. So I contacted Jeff to see if this was even something that a realtor typically does. He said that the listings may be limited since most people don't post the rentals on a MLS site but Jeff got me all set up and I now get all the new rentals that come on the market in my chosen area. Not sure Jeff is going to make a dime on his efforts but that is the kind of guy Jeff is. He does things because they are right for his client and is willing to put in the time and effort for others even if it may not directly benefit him monetarily. Jeff is definitely my realtor for life!!!

I would highly recommend Jeff Williamson and the group to any one looking to buy, sell or whos confused on the buying process. I didnt know where to began at all with the home buying process. I am a first time home buyer but it was so easy and explained so well. I was provided with some one every step of the way from loan specialist to inspectors etc all from Jeff. I also had so much help and knowledge threw out the whole process(beginning to end). My agent was great, i felt so comfortable asking any questions. We had some good laughs as well. But Even after we closed hes been reaching out(giving recommendations on security companies and more) and i look forward to doing more business with Jeff very soon. Jeff was fantastic as my realtor, really helped this first time home owner navigate a crazy competitive seller's housing market. He was extremely flexible with scheduling property viewings and gave me great advice on bidding that gave me a proper chance at winning without overleveraging myself. Jeff was so amazing to work with. We have about 1.5 years under our belts looking for homes together, but a very strong and aggressive 6 months in the market. It was such a ride. So many ups and downs, considering I entered a "Seller's market" I had several offers be declined and not to mention the dozens of homes that went pending before I could see them. But Jeff was incredible throughout my ENTIRE experience! I had homes coming to my portal all throughout the day, mostly every day, and when I would text him a home I wanted to see and a time, he always responded within MINUTES! He was such a great sport because we saw dozens and dozens of homes and he was so patient with me as I was very particular about what I wanted in my first home! He never became frustrated when we saw house after house that just didn't do it for me.

He kept me encouraged when I became frustrated, reassuring me, the right home will come in time and it did! He was quick making offers and following through with counters, when necessary, as well as seeing me through my inspection and appraisals. He referred a great home inspection company! He also referred some general contractors when the time came for more work to be done. I know I'm writing a book here, but Jeff truly is a great realtor and deserves the accolades. He saw me through every process and was there with me at my closing, sitting proud with excitement; it made me tear up when he walked through the doors. It was a major accomplishment for us both!

To sum this up, Jeff is kind, very professional and extremely knowledgeable. He made my first time home buying experience one I will NEVER forget! I've already recommended him to my parents who look to sell their home and purchase another soon and have recommended him to others as well.
