I can’t say enough about how amazing Jeff Goodall is. It was a very difficult time with the passing of my mother and trying to settle a house in a state across the country from Pennsylvania to San Diego. I needed assistance in so many different aspects of clearing out this house and settling her affairs, and Jeff was right there alongside me all along the way. He found other service agents to help me do the things I needed to do and he was my advocate. He was accessible and communicative, and answered all of my questions. He was able to anticipate my needs, and set up the appropriate appointments for me. I found his service to be superior, but even more so his kindness and thoughtfulness are what really made this process painless.

My wife & I are extremely grateful and blessed for the referral given to us for Jeff and The Goodall Group team. I was a bit skeptical at first because of the 75 miles distance between Jeff’s office and our home but with Jeff’s vast knowledge of real estate resources it was a breeze! We called Jeff and explained to him that we just placed a down payment on a home out of state and it was contingent on the sale of our home in a short period of time. I also asked if we could have a local Termite and Home inspections be performed prior to listing the property. Within a few days we had our first meeting at our home with Jeff and by our surprise he had both inspectors right behind him! Jeff took the time to review all the improvements we did during the 13 years living there. He gave great suggestions on marketing
local and internet using unique video marketing techniques. On open house day Jeff was awesome in presenting our home and answering questions to perspective buyers. We accepted full price bid 3 days after open house!
In a nutshell, Jeff Goodall is a personable kind of guy that make’s things happen, and we highly recommend him.
