Jeffrey Bartilucci

Agile Group Realty Co-founder and CSO Jeff Bartilucci always keeps his two main goals in mind: The first being to protect and educate all of his real estate clients throughout the entire home buying process, and the second being to share his journey to success with others looking to develop their own rewarding careers in real estate.

After spending a decade working in the insurance industry, Jeff began his real estate career in 2014 with Keller Williams Realty. During his first year in real estate, nearly all of his work was referral-based, leading him to become a top producer. His seemingly immediate success can be attributed partly to his 10+ years of sales experience and attention to detail, as well as his natural empathy and communication skills. These qualities served to set him apart from other agents in the Tampa Bay Area and would aid him later on as both a Co-founder and Partner of a prominent brokerage.

In 2016, Jeff joined his partners Matthew Brookens and Nick Parrinello as one of the three Co-founders of the Agile Group. Their team would become one of the top-ranked Real Estate Teams in the Nation by RealTrends and The Wall Street Journal, and its success would lead them to become an independent brokerage known as Agile Group Realty.

Jeff believes that purchasing a home is one of the most important personal and financial decisions that anyone can make, which is why he prioritizes forming lasting interpersonal relationships based on trust and communication. His drive, confidence, and professionalism have earned him positive feedback from clients since his early days in real estate and are the same qualities he encourages new and aspiring agents to bring to their professional relationships and partnerships.
