Meghan and team provide GREAT service. Before listing our #Hoboken apartment I was concerned - neighbors said we would need to drop the price a lot and it could take at least a couple of months to rent.

We came to Michael at a time when competition was extremely high, inventory minimal, and with a budget that, for Hoboken standards, was fairly low for what we wanted. When we first met, I was immediately impressed with how much he listened. He listened to our conversations with him, with each other, and with other people that we saw. In 2014, I was in the market to purchase a Hoboken apartment. Red was referred to me by a friend. We toured many units together and I ultimately found ‘the one’. As a first time buyer, she guided me through the process and made it as smooth as possible. Even after I moved in, she was constantly available for quick questions.

In 2021, I was looking to sell my condo and turned to Red. Her knowledge of the area was invaluable while staging, pricing and listing my property. After just a week, I was elated to learn that three offers came in. Once again, the process was seamless as Red and her team managed all details.

As some background - my family had relocated to another state in the beginning of 2020 due to the pandemic. We initially expected to return sporadically so we had not packed or moved our belongings out of our condo. Unfortunately, due to the continuing covid pandemic, we were unable to return to Hoboken at all.

Red was incredible at helping us take care of all the details in selling our condo while we were out of state. Red helped coordinate movers to come in and pack our furniture and belongings, and also to help stage and prepare our condo for listing.

Red was also extremely knowledgeable about the Hoboken market and how to position our condo. We couldn’t believe it when Red helped us land an offer within a week of listing. Before we knew it, we were in contract and then closing - all without any hitches. We had an amazing experience with Red.

I recently had the good fortune to engage "Homes By Bonk" to sell my condo in Hoboken. The condo sold in 6 days at just about the asking price. All this was b/c of Red Bonk and Jeff Bonk. They are special people, attentive, caring and very smart. Since I was away most of the time the condo was for sale, I came to depend entirely on Red. She. came to my condo and after a careful look talked about staging. She found movers to move some furniture out and "hid" some of my finest dust collectors.
