Jeff practiced law as a real estate litigation attorney for the San Francisco firm of Peterson, Martin & Reynolds, LLP.

Jeff was raised on real estate. His father, Ray Brown of KNBR’s Ray Brown on Real Estate radio show, is a former President of the San Francisco Board of Realtors and author of the best-selling real estate books 'Home Buying for Dummies,' 'House Selling for Dummies,' 'Mortgages for Dummies' and recently, 'Winning the End Game.' Ray continues to be a trusted counselor, allowing Jeff’s clients to benefit from the experience of this distinguished real estate veteran.

Jeff currently lives in the Strawberry neighborhood of Mill Valley with his wife Genevieve and son Aidan.
