Jeffrey Chung

Jeff Chung is the General Manager for Walton Realty, Inc, a privately held, family-owned and operated full service real estate firm that provides asset management, brokerage, escrow, financial and development services to clients. During the Great Recession, Jeff helped to lead the company to 10+% year over year growth in all departments, including purchases, sales, loan originations and escrow.

Backed by more than 14 years of experience, Mr. Chung is also a successful real estate broker who has represented both corporations and individuals with the purchasing, selling and leasing of real estate. He has closed over $100MM in sales including more than $30MM in residential and $70MM in commercial, industrial and land deals. Jeff has also been instrumental in the development of over 110,000SF of retail space and over 300 dwelling units.

Jeff holds a MBA in Real Estate Finance from the UCLA Anderson School of Management and a Bachelor’s in Science in Electrical Engineering with a Biomedical Emphasis from the University of California at Los Angeles.
