About Jeffrey

Jeffrey Cox was raised in Houston since he was six months old. Jeffrey was an accountant with American General Corporation from 1985 to 1992. He has always had a great love for real estate, so from 1987 to 2002 I personally remodeled 47 homes. This has helped him with construction of homes and how to remodel them. Jeffrey can share the knowledge he has learned about construction with his clients to show them the possibilities and point out potential problems. Jeffery wants his clients to have the most information possible so that they may make an informed decision.

He enjoys working with relocation buyers because he likes introducing future new neighbors to the city he grew up in and have worked in real estate the last 10 years. It gives him an opportunity to "show off" everything Houston's close in neighborhoods have to offer. He also enjoys helping moving clients who are moving out of the city through his marketing efforts. Jeffrey has an extensive knowledge of the neighborhoods he services. He previews homes extensively in these areas and have over the last 10 years, therefore he has great market knowledge when it comes to pricing correctly to sell for the most money in the quickest amount of time.
