My wife and I began our home search 2 years ago.. in arguably the worst housing market in recent history. Jeff patiently showed us approximately 50 houses over that time. I have had Jeff show me multiple properties over the last couple years and I have to say my favorite thing about Jeff is that he doesn't try to push a sale just for the sake of making a sale.
Jeff is on your team. If Jeff sees something questionable on a property, he is going to bring it to your attention. If you tell him what your goals are and the property doesn't match, he will give you honest guidance.

So about 2 months ago I contacted Jeff about my fiancée and I wanting to buy a house. We were already searching on all the websites and had a few houses in mind. Jeff also said he had a house “in mind” for us. We were having issues with the “big” mortgage company we used and followed Jeff’s suggestion as well but more on that later. Jeff quickly set up viewings for the house and we ended up going with the the house he originally had in mind. Using the mortgage company Jeff suggested we also managed to close super quick. Mr. Dennis was there for any question, and basically walked us through every step of the way. Going into this, I thought the home buying process was going to be a difficult process, but after everything I couldn’t believe how simple it was, and I attribute this to Jeff and his guidance during the process. We’ve been in here for about a month now and it’s the perfect place for my family and I. I never had a thought in using another agent besides Jeff and I can say it’s a decision that I don’t regret.
