Jeff quickly set up viewings for the house and we ended up going with the the house he originally had in mind. Using the mortgage company Jeff suggested we also managed to close super quick. Mr. Dennis was there for any question, and basically walked us through every step of the way. Going into this, I thought the home buying process was going to be a difficult process, but after everything I couldn’t believe how simple it was, and I attribute this to Jeff and his guidance during the process. We’ve been in here for about a month now and it’s the perfect place for my family and I. I never had a thought in using another agent besides Jeff and I can say it’s a decision that I don’t regret.

Jeff did a great job for us. We quickly found out, in this market you need to be on top of things. Jeff was super responsive and knew the market. He understood our needs, didnt waste time by showing us homes he knew were not a good match, and was able to share feedback from other buyers and agents on most all homes. Buying a home can be a taxing process but Jeff kept us on track and made sure we were aware of the process and what our next steps were. He helped make the process easy and fun. I would certainly use him again and would strongly suggest him to others
