This is the second time I have used Jeff Grana as my realtor to buy a home and I cannot recommend him highly enough. He helped me buy and sell my first home (a condo in Alexandria) and he most recently helped me buy a townhome in Reston in November 2021. He is beyond friendly and knowledgeable, and he is also a prompt and efficient communicator. He does very good research, answers all of your questions, and takes you through the process seamlessly. He has a network of verified resources and referrals if needed, and everyone we chose to use at his suggestion (home inspector, mortgage lender, etc) were great. While we hope to be in this townhome for a while, when the time eventually comes to move, Jeff will be my first call (and he should be yours too!)

Buying a home can be a daunting task and intimidating for most. Especially if you’re a first time homebuyer or just looking to understand the process of a purchase. I had the opportunity to work with Jeff on a rental and he was outstanding to say the least. There are so many moving parts in real estate and I’m a strong advocate for educating yourself before going into a purchase or a deal. With Jeff, I was able to understand every moving piece (the search, do’s and don’ts, negotiation, contracts, finance, etc.) He was a resource of information. I guess that’s a few of the benefits you get when you work with someone with over 15 years of experience.

I appreciated how responsive, knowledgeable and patient Jeff was. Jeff took the time to thoroughly explain/answer every question I had (maybe too many questions at times). That was one thing I appreciated most about him. He understood my situation and provided resources to make things happen. For example, how to be competitive and win a contract.

Jeff was very easy to work with, he was knowledgeable and can get the job done. You’ll see what I mean when you speak with him. One of the nicest people I’ve ever met!

Jeff helped us in searching for a new apartment to rent, and was able to help us navigate the variety of options on the market. Most importantly, Jeff's experience helped us look for any hidden deficiencies such as possible leaks, mold and other maintenance issues that would have caused us unwanted headaches. He also took the time to review the contracts for places we were interested in to make sure we weren't being taken advantage of. We could always rely on Jeff to respond to our questions about listings we saw, and he was very flexible in arranging showings for us. When we found a place, Jeff was with us every step of the way, down to coming on our move in day to help us make sure we followed the appropriate steps to document deficiencies and other things to avoid charges when we eventually move out.

Jeff was extremely helpful in assisting my sister and her family in finding a home when they moved to Virginia from Egypt. Awesome and amazing bonus that the house was right across the street from mine. Jeff is extremely professional, retuned calls promptly, made time to meet with us at short notice, and answered all my sister's questions as quickly as he was able to get the information from the home owner. Highly recommend him, whether you are buying, selling or renting. Thank you!

He was on top of every of house tour we requested, attentive to what we were looking for, and was extremely knowledgeable of the entire market from end to end. I highly recommended Jeff Grana!!! He is honest, helpful, professional, full of knowledge and he listens. Also, he is not a pushy realtor at all!!!
As an overseas buyer, Jeff sorts out all possibilities in the system, email them to me and follow up in a timely manner.

Had a great experience buying a home through Jeff! He's great at explaining the home-buying process to first-timers, but where he particularly excels is in tackling all of the little problems that come up during that stressful time between going under contract and final closing. From managing the inspections and appraisal and walk-throughs, to communicating and resolving issues on your behalf with the seller, Jeff just gets things done. He knows how to work through any conflicts and keep things on a friendly, calm, and professional footing, so that little problems don't escalate into big ones. Really appreciated having him with us through the whole process and we couldn't recommend him more highly!

I bought a house recently and Jeff was my agent. I can not say enough good things about him. In the search for my dream house, he really listened to what I was looking for so we didn't look at houses I didn't want or would be out of the price range I wanted to stay in. Then, when I found the house I wanted and put in a bid, Jeff took it from there. All the inspections, paperwork, and other things that make buying a house a pain in the butt Jeff took care of. This was not my first home purchase but it definitely was the best experience and I can honestly say Jeff was the reason .

I had an INCREDIBLE experience with Jeff! He knew everything about the industry and was very prompt with answering all of my questions. I had a few hiccups with paperwork in the process, nothing related to Jeff, but he helped me through them seamlessly. I probably called him too much but he never seemed bothered. I got EXACTLY what I wanted in a place and I am so happy with my condo. I highly recommend him if you are looking to buy or rent in Northern Virginia.
