When I became licensed in 1987 I always felt our industry overcharged for the services that it delivered. Charging a seller five, six, or seven percent did not seem fair. I have spoken with hundreds of agents over the years, and asked them this one simple question: What do you do differently when selling a hundred thousand dollar home compared to selling a three hundred thousand dollar home? Nearly 100% of the time the answer is nothing; yet, the seller of the three hundred thousand dollar home pays three times more or $12,000 more. Many home sellers pay more to sell their property than it costs for a knee replacement, which is absurd and unfair. Just imagine you pull into a car wash and they charge you six percent of your car’s bluebook value to wash it. You would be appalled, yet it happens without question in real estate every day.
Real Estate Masters is a Full Service Real Estate Company. We do everything that an ordinary real estate company does and more, without charging you a percentage of your home’s value to sell it. We offer a low flat fee, which saves you thousands of dollars over a percentage-based broker. The percentage-based brokers are collecting so much money off your equity that they are paying royalties and residuals to agents to recruit more agents. There is an old saying in real estate: “What does an office of dozens or hundreds of agents do for you? Absolutely nothing, except overcharge you.” Why would anyone pay six or seven percent commission to sell a home in two days or in 32 days for that matter?

Since 1987, I’ve been the real estate expert so that you don’t have to. My negotiating and consulting skills, together with my ability to oversee all transactional details, have enabled me to help thousands of people just like you accomplish their real estate dreams.
At the age of 21, I became the youngest Real Estate Masters associate ever hired. I was taught from the start that school is never out or the pro, I have continued teaching that concept for the past 36 years. I focus primarily on the following: relationship strategies, referral-based marketing, and modern language scripts. Licensed in 1987 as a Realtor, I Purchased Real Estate Masters in 1994 with sales of 44 million dollars and 12 associates. I grew the company sales to in excess of 110 million with 31 full-time associates.
I was responsible for many new home and condo developments, in St. Clair county as a developer, successor, exclusive marketer, and or general partner. Stoneycreek being my largest. The first cluster home development in St. Clair county the Villas at the Black Forest to name a few.
Primary duties as broker retain, train, coach, and lead sales associates to top performance in their careers keeping a focus on, enthusiasm, goals, repeat and referral business, inspiration, and motivation.
Trainer of the dynamics of personal goal setting, 7 habits of highly effective people. Relationship strategies and much more specific to personal growth, success primarily directed at personal and real estate sales.
