Jeffrey Longman

I help clients buy and sell real estate through education and advisement. I strive to be in service to clients and provide them with a quality experience. I earn a client's trust by being open and honest, learning about them and their goals, and putting together a game plan that we can execute for success.

I am married to my wonderful wife, Amy, and we have a young daughter named Emma. We have two dogs named Maya and Thunder, a farm cat named Kitty, and lots of turkey, deer, and other wild animals all around us. We live on an acreage in Madison County.

I was born and raised in Iowa. I grew up in Grinnell and Ames. I attended college at the University of Iowa. I received my Bachelor’s of Business Administration Degree in Marketing & Management and Master of Arts Degree in Recreation Management. I have 17+ years of work experience in community enrichment around Central Iowa.

I am a member of the Winterset Optimist Club. I enjoy volunteering my time and giving back to the community. I am also active in Chamber of Commerce activities. I am a member of the DMAAR (Des Moines Area Association of Realtors), IAR (Iowa Association of Realtors), and NAR (National Association of Realtors).

I enjoy being outdoors, hunting, fishing, gardening, landscaping, and taking care of our land and acreage. I am a big fan of the weather and night sky.
