Working with Jeffrey was simple, he helped us out a lot in the home buying process and gave us a lot of clarity when it came to complicated issues. He was always available whenever we needed him, and I would recommend him to anybody trying to purchase a house. He always gave us the feeling that he was on our side and working for us tirelessly. Through Jeffrey we were able to purchase our home and we’re happy we stuck with him through out the process.

Jeff was a great realtor. He's on your side from the moment you say you're ready to begin the homebuying process. Jeff's communication is top-notch. Not only is he responsive, but if you have any questions about the process then he'll either provide you with the answer or direct you to someone who will assist. We had a few hiccups with our lender, and Jeff was able to assist us with getting another lender. We were able to complete the sale on time without jeopardizing the settlement.

Oh boy, where do I even begin? To say that this gentleman went above and beyond would be putting it mildly. Time and time again, Jeff came through for my family and me to provide us with the most informed choices and to ensure that we came away with as much information as he possibly could share. He showed an astonishing amount of patience throughout my entire home buying process. Not only that but he expressed a willingness to teach along the way. Jeff took the time to get to build a connection with us, he got to know us individually. He certainly did not overlook the human element that comes with making such a large investment that buying a home brings. As to take that a step further, he would put himself in the shoes of his customers – pun intended. When push came to shove, he delivered. He had advocated for, supported and absolutely empowered us along the way. Knowledge is key and he would mostly definitely make sure that you would not leave any interaction with him wanting- whether it be, phone, text or email, he’ll be there. I sometimes hear that not all heroes wear capes and he most positively is one of those few. We were super fortunate to have met him and been a part of his focus these past few weeks. If you’re reading this looking for your next realtor, he’s it! I promise you, you won’t regret it!

Jeff is not just a great professional but a great human overall! He supported my family and I in getting a home that fits all of our needs and wants. He was patient, kind, and compassionate throughout our house search journey. Jeff would spend hours answering our individual and collective questions while providing additional resources to make sure we understood every step of the process. As a first time home buyer, Jeff made the “difficult” things very easy for me. Working with Jeff was totally amazing. Jeff and I were introduced in the summer of 2020 and from the first day I spoke to him until the day I signed the papers for my new home (10/31/20) he was awesome. I felt that Jeff understood exactly what I was looking for in a new home and completely understood the type of area that would be suitable for me to live. It only took me one time to tell Jeff what I was interested in and what I was looking for in a home and he was able to find me a home sooner than I anticipated. I actually found my new home before I had my previous home on the market. All I can say is Jeff is motivated, ambitious, smart, eager and very interested in ensuring he gives his clients what they ask for and what they want. The one thing I liked most about Jeff is his authenticity. If you want a realtor you can trust, who is knowledgeable, and always working in a client’s best interest then Jeff is the one! He was also very patient with me. Sometimes buying and selling a home can be stressful I think he talked me off the ledge at least once a day. Anyway, Jeff is a great realtor and knows what he is doing.

Jeffery McInnis is and was the best realtor hands down. He was always available and made me feel like I was first priority with my home. I met Jeff while out shopping for a townhome with my daughter in Maryland. He gave me his card and stated that if I needed help or an agent, just give him a call. He stated that he works for me in finding a home. I found Jeff to be intuitive, respectful and caring of my home searching needs. He is very knowledgeable of the local DMV area.
To honest he is better than those real-estate search engine apps because he not only helps you find the homes, but has always been and still to this day responsive to my calls, text, emails and questions. In fact, Jeff is easy to talk too and work with.
On our 1st home showing visit, the townhome matched exactly what I was looking for in location, price range & not to mention the home features itself 💘.
Truly remarkable that he match the criteria of what I was looking for so fast and easy.
I almost didn't want to believe it but thought it was too good to be true and was about to pass up on the opportunity until Jeff asked if I wanted to put a contract bid on it?
Needless to say, Jeff was right there with me through closing to opening the front door to my new home.
