Completed my tour of duty in the US Coast Guard in October 1992. Originally Licensed in Real Estate in January 1993. I started out in the business in the Florida Keys and now Specialize in Central Florida properties. Over the years, the tools I use to sell real estate properties have changed. However, the fundamentals of the business remain the same. The task is usually “Sell it” or “Find it”. The Real Estate Market rises and falls much like interest rates.
