When you hire an agent from The Packer Group you get an entire team of highly skilled and professional people. From the professional photos of your home, well marketed listing, and staging advice (staging services are offered which I HIGHLY recommend) your home will sell quickly and at the best price. If you are looking for a home, their advice and experience will help you with the bidding and negotiation process. My family has bought and sold multiple homes with their help. Sounds like a paid endorsement but is not. Do your research, interview several agents before selecting one. Hire a full time professional and consider one from The Packer Group.

We hired the Packer Group to both sell our house and help us buy a new one. We have been extremely impressed with both their work ethic and communication with us.

Even when there were issues, Jeff Packer would respond as a leader and handle it well. From our amazing pictures of our house done by Sam Parham, to our staging done by by Gail Silver and our listing coordinator Jennifer Miller, everything was done well and professional.

We were gone for our Open house and showings and one of the potential families actually broke one of our cabinet drawers. Ben Cockrum, who wasn't even our selling agent spent his Saturday working to his fix it. Tomorrow, we close on the sell of our house and we got a great deal over asking due to the hard work of the Packer Group.

We have started the process of working with Jaime Packer as our buying agent. She communicates so well. She answers us honestly, gives us great feedback and advice, and is an absolute delight to work with. We know we will find the right house because of her!

All in all, I recommend the Packer Group. They work hard and even if you have an issue, they respond really well to fix it!

Lisa Bird was so helpful with our home search. I had "shopped real-estate agents with other businesses " and either made no connection or was turned off by their hard sell approach. Steve Holh assisted in every step and explained the whole process in detail during our first meeting. He explained the Market trend and assisted in making right decisions. All of our questions answered, concerns resolved and guidance provided in each step. The house was prepared, listed and offers received in no time. Only took 7 days to list the house and it was pending within 48 Hours.

Team Members Jennifer Miller, Sam Parham and Aidan Powers have done an amazing Job in taking Pictures, 3D Video, capturing details and listing the house.

My fiancé and I were first time home buyers. We had a lot of questions, our relator Jamie Burkhart was truly one of a kind. She does it all (literally, ask her about being a nurse) If I can redo it all I would not change a thing and choose her again and again! From the moment we spoke all the way to the closing table, Jamie was there. She answered every question and any little concern, she was straight forward about everything and made sure our house was everything we wanted. All I have to say, SHE WAS RIGHT. She truly has a gift and passion for helping people. She made the entire journey so fun and memorable. No matter what day of the week or time we called/texted she always got back to us. The world needs more Jamie her heart of gold, work ethic, and personable qualities. I worked with Ben and he was quick to answer questions, get showings scheduled, and put offers in. With how the market is, I expected there to be bidding wars and Ben kept on top of the situation and, although I lost the first two homes, third time is the charm!

I worked with Jaime Jones and she was wonderful to work with. She helped me every step of the way. She found me my new home but helped me make an informed decision. She pointed out drawbacks, things I’d have to replace, and tax implications. She helped me find a lender who bent over backwards to help me. She recommended a home inspector and a handyman. She explained everything clearly and made it easy for a first-time-buyer. Jaime was always available, she kept me informed and she answered my many questions. We found a house that we had to have. Understanding this, Jaime helped build an offer that was adequately padded with certain assurances in case we were overbid. Which is exactly what happened. Our offer package was accepted within 24 hours. We are thankful Jaime took the time to understand our needs and the current market, in order to build the right package to get what we want. What more can one ask for a realtor! We also went through her preferred vendors who made the mortgage process a breeze. Within 3 weeks time of placing the offer, we ready to move in.

Jaime was always available to answer any questions, which she always did with a few hours. She went above and beyond to negotiate other items such as furniture etc. on our behalf. I highly recommend working with her if give the opportunity. We will definitely do so down the line.

We owned your typical blue collar suburbia colonial but with some unique features that truly set it apart from the others. This presented a bit of concern but the great marketing from the team resulted in an incredible response when first listing the home. We excepted an offer which ultimately fell through just before closing. We immediately had to go back on the market to move this property as fast as we could. After the first weekend of showings we had three offers. There so much more to the story like nitpicky city inspectors and hesitant first time buyers who pull last minute shenanigans during the closing process but throughout this entire ordeal the Packer group was strong and did not waver. Trust that you will have a fully capable team from beginning to end with the right indusrty contacts to take care of any need you are likely to encounter. No joke, they were tested throughout this entire ordeal and remained stable in a difficult situation.

He has a background in construction and pointed out potential problems in the homes we viewed and was a good communicator (i.e. answered text messages in a timely manner). We wanted to see a lot of houses, and he was always obliging and kept all of our appointments. I felt we were a priority and that he was making every effort to schedule showings with us as soon as he could. A very reliable agent!

I should also put in a good word for Mortgage One (one of the lenders they recommend). We worked with Dave, who was extremely efficient and friendly, matched a competitive interest rate, and enabled us to close much sooner than we would have if we had gone with a bigger lender.

I wholeheartedly recommend Jeff and the Packer Group as an exceptional listing agent based on our experience.

Knowing having a right agent is paramount, we interviewed about 8 Zillow Top-Rated agents in the area. Jeff didn’t need to use generic PowerPoint or Marketing brochures but he connected with us the best by simply and genuinely discuss my specific situation. I was impressed by his communication skills, quick thinking, confidence, and calm composure. The marketing plan Jeff explained was a lot more customized for my house than the others. He had more details around listing, staging, open house, negotiation etc. and answered our questions with concrete examples that resonated with us. He can explain his pricing rationale with most up-to-date market data and examples. His home/staging improvement tips happen to match what my wife was planning on.

Our home had 4+ offers during the first weekend showing (1st showing was an offer too). Behind that there were a lot of preparation work and phone consultations with Jeff. He was always patient and knowledgeable. Because of my unique work situation, I couldn’t sign the listing paperwork as early as I’d like to, but Jeff provided much of his service ahead without pressure on contract.

What I really respected Jeff for was his professionalism and integrity. A couple of examples:
1.There was a buyer’s agent approaching us to show the home prior to listing. Jeff objectively taught me the possibility of “sell-by-owner” option (meaning he would get 0% commissioning).
2.Jeff was fully transparent about his other time commitment. He notified me her wife's pregnancy due date (could be very close to my listing date) and told me he could take two days off but will have Jerry be the backup. I genuinely felt he can be trusted and the backup arrangement was good.
3.One of the buyers was using Packer Group as their agent. This offer would bring me at least the same amount sales proceeds as another buyer but would bring higher commission to Packer Group (6% vs. 3%). But this didn’t influence Jeff at all. He always encouraged me to make the decision based on my interest. Ultimately, we went with the other buyer (only 3% commission to Packer Group) because that buyer seems more genuine and likable. Jeff always supported my decision.
4.I really needed to sell my home quickly because of out-of-state relocation and the need to close my next home. But Jeff always ensured me we should (and will) get the best deal within my timeline. As a result, I never had the pressure to rush or lower my listing price.

Other highlights:

Jeff’s negotiation skills are amazing. He is always calm in negotiations and discusses his approach with me. He convinced buyers to raise their prices with compelling market data and positive win-win mindset (as an example, one offer went up $20k). After inspection, the buyer requested $10000 price reduction but Jeff was able to convince them this is unreasonable and addressed buyer’s concerns via other ways.

Jeff always forwarded me market data in a timely before and after listing.

Jeff did excellent pre-marketing including the newly launched Zillow Coming Soon and his own network. The effort turned to a couple of offers.

Other Packer Group members are great pleasure to work with. John is absolutely an amazing professional photographer. Bridget, Sharon and the Open House agent (forgot her name) were very knowledgeable, diligent, and caring. All this is consistent with Jeff’s judgement and leadership style.

Overall, we really loved Jeff and his team. Personally I learned a lot from Jeff on how he approaches problems and does business. I recommend Jeff without reservation.
