Jeffrey Richardson

Jeffrey Richardson joined the National Land Realty team of Land Professionals in July 2023, bringing with him nearly 20 years of experience as a land broker! Jeffrey has served as an Associate Broker with Crown III Realty LLC since 2004. From 1989 to 2004, he worked as a Commercial General Contractor and a Residential Builder. Jeffrey graduated Magna Cum Laude with a degree in business administration from Southwestern College in Winfield, KS. He is an active member of the National Association of REALTORS®, the Kansas Association of REALTORS®, the South Central Kansas Association of REALTORS®, the Wichita Area Association of Builders, and the West Wichita Investment Club. Jeffrey possesses a rare combination of business acumen, construction knowledge, and a lifetime of real estate experience. In his free time, Jeffrey enjoys golfing, hunting, grilling, and spending time with his two adult daughters and girlfriend.
