Absolutely fantastic. He was very patient with my purchase. Very knowledgeable of the markets and showed me where to search for what I was looking for. We worked together for almost a year and he never once diverted from being happy to help me. The purchase was streamline and jeff was right there to help out whenever he was needed. He was very professional and friendly. I highly recommend him to everyone.

We've worked with Jeff to buy two homes and sell one home. He's always been incredibly helpful and very responsive to any questions or concerns we have. He steered us in the right direction on our current house, getting us exactly what we wanted at a place we never would've found on our own. Highly recommend going with him, we'll never use another realtor!

A few months back I began the process of looking into buying a house. I have known Jeff for some years now, and as I knew he was a realtor, he was the first and only realtor I reached out to. Working with Jeff was great. I was already aware the market is currently running hot which meant finding the right house was going to require some patience. Jeff took it from there. After viewing 10 plus properties that I just didn't feel a connection with, Jeff convinced me to expand my desired location area and that was exactly what was needed. I landed a beautiful house in an area I wouldn't have ever known about or looked at if it wasn't for Jeffs knowledge of the cities and his persistence in trying to find me the house he knew was the right fit for me.
I can't say enough good things about my experience working with Jeff and I highly recommend others seek out his services.

We had a great experience working with Jeff. We initially started with an eval of our home for potential value, and Jeff was able to give us some great repair/renovation ideas that dramatically increased our final sale price. When it came time to look for a new house, Jeff was there with us and helped us not only find a great builder, but weed out ones we didn’t like. Jeff sat in on new home building consults and helped us ask some very important questions that I never would have thought of, but that were critical to us making our final decision. When it came time to pick our house, Jeff worked with the builder as an intermediary and advocate and got us a great deal. The purchase side was nearly seamless.

The sale of our outgoing home was fraught with many more problems, all of which were on the side of the buyers. As the sellers, we had to go through a lot of hurdles for multiple buyers that backed out of purchase agreements or were making unreasonable demands. Ultimately we had to go through three buyers until we were able to get our house sold. Fortunately, Jeff was able to navigate all of that for us and he did all the heavy lifting on that end. If I were forced to deal with that directly, I would have lost my mind. I’m confident that Jeff was instrumental on making this transition as smooth as it could have been, and without him we would still likely be in our old house trying to deal with the myriad of buyer issues. Jeff was very communicative with us throughout, and it was never difficult to get ahold of him and ask questions.

Jeff also was upfront about what his ethical and legal obligations were as our agent, and he adhered to those requirements. I appreciated this and it left be resolute that he was very honest, trustworthy and honorable. Something I would expect from him being a former Marine, and he definitely performed. As a former Soldier myself, I prefer to do business with a fellow veteran like Jeff. He conducted himself accordingly and my wife and I were very impressed, and very happy.

Jeff walked me through the entire process, which is exactly what I needed as a first-time homebuyer. He was more than willing to provide referrals for insurance, had general maintenance suggestions, and even did research for me to figure out who my internet service provider would be. Jeff took on a lot of the stress I had and made my life so much easier!

My husband and I worked with Jeff when we were casually looking at homes. Little did we know the second home Jeff showed us blew us out of the park and we put in an offer. This is not something that my husband and I were expecting to do but the house was so amazing that we had to, this means that we had to get our then current house on the market fast. Jeff answered all of our questions on what to do to make sure our house was in tip top shape for showing. Jeff went above and beyond for our showings, he put up little signs highlighting features of our house (even those in the backyard that couldn't be seen due to the snow!). During the entire showing process Jeff kept us up to date in a timely and thoroughly manner and it was great. We ended up deciding to close on our new home and sign off on selling our old home on the same day. I have to say that Jeff handled all of this like a pro, even when last minute items with the new house came up that needed quick resolution and communication from the sellers side.

All in all Jeff was AMAZING! He was personable, honest, EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGABLE, proactive, professional and just an all around great real estate agent. I would recommend him 100% to anyone I know.

My wife and I recently worked with Jeff on the purchase of our first house. We had been connected with him through a referral from one of my friends with whom he had just purchased a house through as well.

I have nothing but great things to say about Jeff. He was always available and responsive -- I'd request to meet at a house to see and on several occasions we were there under the hour. He was extremely knowledgeable of the homebuying process -- this was my first venture into buying a home, and it was a whirlwind of new information, but Jeff guided us through it all. He was honest -- we was not afraid to give you his true opinions and I really value that. Above all else we appreciate the maximum effort he gave and that he really genuinely cares about the home(s) his clients end up in.

Also, make sure to consider his suggestions on referrals to potential lenders and home insurers. We ended up with an amazing rate and a great insurance plan.
