Jeffrey Traynor

Jeff Traynor is the Chief Operating Officer of Howe Realty and a luxury real estate advisor. His roles include the recruiting, onboarding, training, and coaching of the agents on the Howe Realty. Jeff works with unsurpassed integrity and professionalism to develop, guide, and advise on the careers of both new and experienced real estate agents. He enjoys helping agents reach their goals and take their careers to new heights.

Before taking on real estate, Jeff’s former career was spent traveling all over the world as a Director of Security for some of the most famous award winning musicians. After meeting his wife in Scottsdale while on tour, Jeff relocated from the Midwest and has been living in Arizona since 2011.

Through Jeff’s roles, travels, and experiences, he has a profound understanding for unique needs of high net worth individuals, and has since developed a passion for luxury real estate.
