A lifelong resident of Iron County, Jeff has called the Black River near Annapolis, Missouri home for the past 51 years. After graduating from South Iron High School, he began his career in construction, specializing in concrete and carpentry work. His early experience also included part-time work with Cheaney Appraisals from 1991 to 1993, laying the foundation for his future in real estate.
Jeff earned his real estate license in 1993 and joined Bowling Realty in Ironton, MO. By 1999, he had obtained his broker’s license and acquired the company, rebranding it as Valley Real Estate. Since then, he has proudly served Iron, Reynolds, and surrounding counties.
With deep roots in the region and decades of experience, Jeff has become a trusted name in the sale of timberland, farms, riverfront, and recreational properties, while also helping clients buy and sell homes both in town and in rural areas. His passion for the outdoors—whether it’s hunting, fishing, four-wheeling, or showing properties—shines through in every client interaction.
Jeff is a proud member of the NRA and has maintained his membership with the National Association of Realtors for 33 years. Still residing near Annapolis, he has successfully sold thousands of acres and hundreds of homes, earning a reputation for his intimate knowledge of the land, the community, and current market trends.
